Happy Birthday!!! So.... how's it feel to be *ahem* 19 now.
-
But... you mean it's not true?! It MUST be... I saw her do it RIGHT here on the internet!! With my own eyes!
-
Yeah... but linking all those up is rather annoying. (WAY worth it... but annoying none the less)
-
A couple times, I had to spend a week in the field with ole Uncle Sam. But... since it was the Air Force, our MRE's came with perfume (j/k)
-
So the adage is wrong? Smells like fish, must be a dish . . . A fishy smell (amine odor) indicates bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of bad bacteria. Mostly easy to treat.... but not something nice.
-
If it smells like fish.... don't eat it! And as far as the machine guns.... depends on how it's handled. edit to add: and NO... I don't mean like THAT!
-
Bringing this poll back up (not exactly how I would have presented it.... cuz I think it would have been interesting to see the break down of male to female responses.... and there's always those who live in RV's on the dz... and you know that you shouldn't)
-
So... we've learned here that trains give some dz.commers wood, giggles give others..... maybe you're all just horny? Medicalish - the vibrations of the giggle on the tympanic membrane cause a thrusting of the malleus which will lead to the incus and then the stapes moving in an undulating fashion with the fenestra ovalis (which is opening to the vestibule of the inner ear.) Vibrations. Undulating. vestibules.... yeah, I could see how it could turn a guy on.

Nope... I don't shower like the girl in that video at all... and no, I'm not taking video to post just to prove it. Lets just say that there were some steps left out and the whole covering up thing.... it's my room, my shower... why would I have to hide under layers of oppressive clothing? And just curious about the whole peeing in the shower thing....

Who IS THIS QUACK!!! Don't you know that Twinkies KILL? WTF are you trying to do to us? SSHHHHHH!!! You're ruining my evil plan
-
Reasonable advice... I just added something to make it more enjoyable for her. Honestly though, viruses suck.... I hope you start feeling better soon!!

I.... ummmm.... was busy last night on call (thank you for none of you calling me at 1am with a heartburn question.) Now to the serious questions at hand. Tequila, Breast milk? Seems like everyone is thirsty right now. Both options are good, but my advice... not both at the same time, might curdle the tequila. Except maybe body shots off a nursing woman (which might be a much better option than body shots off a man with moobs and galactorrhea) Pops.... she handed you the cup, didn't she? That was assisting, see... you're just not looking at what help you are getting.

I liked the Budweiser with the hitchhickers.... "chainsaw"?!

Did you have them put in an extra stitch or two? I don't know if it's true, but I heard you can ask for that. The problem with doing that is there is a bit of tissue damage during the birth process... to put the extra stitch or two can be a problem once the perineum starts to swell.... then it might tear the stitches. Better to just close the wound properly.
-
Ouch!! I have no idea what a level-2 tear is, but I imagine her hoo-ha's pretty tender . On the bright side, should be nice and tight when she's ready

(wasnt there an 80's movie about this? Warm Nights on a Slow Moving Train)

School and grades are important.... but not at the expense of your health or sanity. Seek balance, young one. (said in a somber, and all knowing voice) It is important to be competitive for the schools you want and the placement .... but don't throw away today entirely. Still take the breaks (10min every 1-2 hrs or so won't kill your GPA), still go outside and breathe in fresh air, still talk to friends (or postwhore too... that works).... still enjoy life. Too much stress is bad. Take care of yourself!!!

Pro Bono is fine.... unless an equitible barter arrangement can be established.

OB/Gyn.... I know about pregnancy, and females issues.... Andy, you got that genetically inferior state of having the Y chrm. My *ahem* medical experience with why you would or wouldn't have a rock hard cock is limited. As far as a medicalish answer....lets see... its easier to get an erection tired... also means harder to get one when well rested..... Erection problems are difficult for many men to talk about, because being able to have sexual intercourse is part of a man’s self-image. Most erection problems can be successfully treated, so it’s important to talk to a doctor if the problem persists for 2 months or more. Treatment for erection problems can be anything from counseling to medication to implanted devices that help create an erection. (No baby.... that's not my bag)

You guys kill me!!!! OK... seems as if I have a bit of work to do here. Andy.... why are you smelling your own breath? doncha know it's uncool to cup your hand and test it yourself? You should just go up to the nearest hot chick and breathe in her face. If she slaps you, you're doing good. If she kisses you, even better.... if she dies, then you need to go to a dentist (I'm a doctor, Spock, a doctor. - or for those that like to be inaccurate - Dammit, Jim. I'm a doctor not a dentist) d123... depends on WHEN you're delaying the fart. It could be unhealthy for you to release it at the wrong time - like around open flames cocheese.... again? well.... just make sure her husband is not an international arms dealer. NESC, Fiber?! wtf would you want to eat healthy for? just have a twinky or two, you won't have to use the bathroom for at least a week. Fiber?! gees... next you're going to be asking about iron, and Vit C and getting enough sleep and even [shudder] exercise or [GREAT HORROR] meditation and relaxation.

Even with a vaginal delivery, there are several reasons to hold off on sex in the post partum period. 1. Episiotomy/lacerations. Even if they were small enough that they didn't need to be repaird, they still have to heal. Would you want sex if you had a cut on your penis? (..... ummmm.... wait.... ok, some of you don't answer that) 2. The uterus has to return to normal size and the cervix close. While the uterus is still up to the belly button and the cervix is open, she could be at more of a risk for endomymetritis (infection inside the uterus - that could potentionally go intra-abdominally) 3. Breastfeeding changes hormones so that she might not have as much of a drive. 4. Stress of body image changes, hormone changes, sleep deprivation, ect.... add a lot of emotinal baggage (baby blues) to the works. Add to that HIM wanting to get back at it.... I just tend to advice not to have sex during the first 6wks.... knowing that IF SHE wants to sooner, she will. But if she doesn't want to... she can use me as the excuse.

just curious why you seem to have such a harsh view on those who choose to think about their future? Twice now you have cut on those who plan and try to improve their condition? (granted wildcard was maybe a bit over the top and grumpy being post call..). but you try to empathize with those without .... all the while dismissing him as a whiny "six figured" playboy type. Guess what? It's an ignorant view. Do you think Dr.s get paid in Medical school? NO! In fact, the student loans can quickly add up to $300k (including undergrad, medical school) if just doing student loans. Then in residency... you make anywhere between 25-50k/yr depending on specialty and locaiton. And for that you work between 60-80hrs /wk. Then you go out and practice.... you might make six figures... unless you're a pediatrician or even some family practice.... So, no, you're off base on your assumptions. And then the doctors have to treat EVERY one that walks in the ER with an emergency, IRREGARDLESS of their ability to pay. But guess what.... it's HONESTLY what most WANT to do. Most go to medical school to HELP people... not make the benjamins (that's what the computer industry is for now) But there are some that walk away from their medical debts... it happens. But then look at the dr, with quarter mil in student loans that you CANT walk from (wont be erased even with bancrupcy) and then limit their income to pay that.... Maybe some do get paid too much... but for most it's not the money hand over fist that you might imagine. (especially if you add in the cost of liability insurance) Insurance is a difficult topic. Be it health, life, disability or liability.... it's taking a gamble or giving your money to someone else to take that gamble. Either way.... it's a personal choice. Either answer might be "right" for that individual... but then that person has to accept responsibility for decisions made in his/her life. -
I only recognized some of what the images were supposed to represent. But it would have been nice to have a narrative to go along with the video. (and I honestly thought the little walking thing pulling the blue thing was cute... but didn't know what it was all about) I'm just glad that I could recognize the DNA stuff.
