People need to be educated on why they are sick and that by suppressing the symptoms of a cold they are just hiding them under the surface. The human body gets sick for a reason, to remove wastes, and if you stop this process you just make the problem worse the next time round. Then if they still want the drugs, give them to them. That’s good that you discuss some alternatives other than prescriptions but what happened to good old Garlic, Ginger, Lemmon and Honey tea? This and Vitamin C powder is one of the best Common Cold remedy’s out there. Yer that is a possibility I have considered of, the thing that shits me is that the church and most religious people won't accept what science is proving. The theory that the Earth was created in 7 days and only 5000 years ago has got to go! It is a possibility that something or someone could have kicked off the big bang. Its all good, just this is the second time someone’s made fun of me for posting on an old thread. So I thought I would speak my mind. I couldn't agree more, Doctors have gone way overboard prescribing medications, especially for little things like the common cold. But on the other hand I don't advocate taking multitudes of natural supplements either, I used to do this but I now realise that most of it was unnecessary. The only thing I take now is a natural sinus supp to keep me jumping. I took Vitamin E in doses of 500IU 3 times a day for a quite a while. Diddn't notice any side effects. It’s hardly a dangerous drug. Go to the doctor and he will give you things that are heaps worse. I've got a talon fs on order sized for a 180 sqft safire 2. They diddn't say anything to me about size restrictions. Their service is great, and you get everything for a set price ($2600 AUS) no little extras apart from the RSL ($70 AUS). Great for you guys in the states, you save heaps because of ex rates ($2089 USD). The reserve handles are really well protected also.
