Knowledge, especially that gained through experience. Computer science would fall under 1c, 2, 3, and even 4. But I understand what you mean. By the usual definition (ie using scientific method to solve problems), it is not. So let us change all Comp Sci degrees that involve software programming to Software Engineering.
