Mark Harris was kind enough to send this from Eloy the other week. I was flying top video and he was bottom for some Wingsuit jumps. After the jump he and I met in the middle and he snapped this as we were passing and basically switching positions.. Fun times.. Scott C. "He who Hesitates Shall Inherit the Earth!"

BUT the 201 is what I believe that Bob Folline (BobFolline user ID) up here in the Seattle area had mounted on his mud flap and he mentioned that he could almost use to to navigate. Back in Thread Post #98 you posted a few pics and in the side shot Stane has the "Sticks" deflected back and up. I have a number of jumps on a big "Stick" suit and found in my experience that if you don't do that, it gets a bit harder to fly smoothly. The extra wing almost lifts the front up and makes it wobbly, like nearing a stall and it feels like I lost efficiency and fwd speed, just my guess. Is that the same for this suit?? If that is the case, given that level of instability or less efficient flight that you might be able to generate with the 5-7" long extension on the gripper how much of a performance increase are you noting with the extension tit back and up a little out of the wind compared to a smaller grip. Also with the "sticks" there, I know I had to be much more conscience on the pull. Mind you this was at a Skydiving pull altitude. I imagine that this could give a little pucker factor to some one using it in a BASE jump opening much lower and maybe not use to the extension.. Separate from that, I am curious about the gains you get with the extensions even though they seem to be needed to be pulled back a bit.... Suit does look fast in the pics.. Scott C. But it cuts both ways and looking at the map shows about 1/2 red and 1/2 blue as of this post time..... Those major areas are just what decided the electorial college and its winner take all set up. You pick the places to put emphasis with your campaign to get the most EC votes ... Last time I saw on the TV, the popular vote is 51% / 49% so the "Obvious" ~340 to ~150 electoral vote landslide victory is deceiving.. Victory in certain places negates the close popular vote.. We are not the non-educated, non-information access rural farmer population that was in place when the electoral college was put in place. Last election I got completely sick of hearing the news spew about the Popular vote and Bush should not win.. The electoral college said it was the case that he ended up winning. Rhaaaaah, I want one!! When will the Ghost 2 be released (the cables are the only thing i didn't like about it)? Saw a Ghost 2 the other week and looks very nice and clean with the zips covered. Clean looking suit. This thread has been limping along, how about a few more pictures of the V3 to get it at a fever pitch again!!!!! Have any of the production suits been shipped? First I would save a few more pennies and get either a used phantom or even less pennies and get a Intro with the Buy Back option. $600 and a little more time saving with a $400 buy back vs. $500 and a much lesser suit is a pretty good deal. People WANT IT so sometime they overspend i.e. the suit your mentioning for $500 when they would be better off saving a bit longer. Since you can't jump it any way based on Jump number then I suggest going on the trip and jumping while holding the saved cash aside and adding when you can the extra $100 for a Intro or extra few hundred for a used Phantom. Personaly I think that is the better way to go then getting a suit just because you "Have" to have it.. In the long run you will be happier. Finally, if your going to get one despite what the responses are saying try not to overpay and between a classic and a GTI I would lean towards the GTI Scott C.
