My opinion is NO. The only time I went through 225m at over 35m/s mine did work though. None should be considered 100% reliable, they are only there as a backup in case the jumper fails (voluntarily or not) to save his own butt. Still in my opinion, some devices seem more reliable (or less unreliable) than others. I consider the device as a whole, be it the control unit, the measure/calculation unit and the cutter. scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM

I was on holidays in Miami, and went for a tandem as my 30th bday present... I continued to try and find the same feeling I perceived for my 1st jump. Never found it again... still trying scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM -

but with your solution, people without AAD's or Argiis are not included. my solution is good for everyone.,.. or what about a KaP3 style AOD, with a timer set at 180days, and only riggers could reset it
-
what about time limited links on the reserve ? apply a chemical on the links which would take 180 days to dissolve

the suits look nice, but the website is difficult to follow scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM

And not everyone realizes that 'massive suit size' doesn't always equate to 'better' depending on what they actually want to do with the suit... exactly, I was lucky enough to get quickly better, and having lots of fun on my Ghost. But also lots of fun in "smaller" suits. I would say for the kind of flocking I do, the Ghost gives me "comfortable" performance, and a Phantom gives me a "I am getting better/I need to get better" performance. Either way, people need to work and love and relax and fly their suits

why odd ?? you get green lights, and then a red light. green light again just before the scheduled flight, so you don't feel ready, make a judgement call and not do the flight. Do the flight the next day in a relaxed manner, but the press is gone because the are to mononeuronal to understand that you need specific wind conditions to land a parachute. what's odd in that except the press attitude ? plus the info was already posted HERE scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM

most of the times it is better to have the good arrow for the indian... Not every indian can handle the big arrows

you say that because you jump one of the small suits Jealous guy that you are.... what would you think about background checks for WS sales (as it used to be done with HP canopies) ? what would you think about mandatory coaching for bigger/huge/uneasy suits ? I put 40 seconds to someone flying one of the recent "supersuits" with my Ghost 2 1/2, after checking his right and left sides and after he went into terrible oscillation and acceleration... (IMO he was flying too tense) scissors beat paper, paper beat rock, rock beat wingsuit - KarlM
