Well, I run... when I feel up to it, that is... I would say your foot SHOULD be hitting the ground heel to toe... but I'm not an expert, that is just how I've always ran... I honestly can't imagine running any other way... I like to run outside... around sunset... along sidewalks... and with MUSIC... it keeps me energized.... Good luck to ya... Sarah

I'd like to "YES" with full force.... but It's not true.... Concerning things like drugs and alcohol... many people judge others who choose to involve themselves with alcohol/drugs etc... But it's not the same.. George Forman verses the REAL grill... the outdoors... I suppose I miss the whole atmosphere of an outdoor grill... It's the small pleasures of life, it really is.... But my time to live in a house will soon be here.... hopefully like ... MAY? That'd be awesome....

I'm sure the dudes at Aggieland can arrange something... I'm still renting student gear.... BUT I got my 'new to me' used container in today and I'm VERY excited about it... It's so pretty... Just a couple of canopies and a cypres and I'll be jumping my OWN gear... What time you think you'll be at the dz tomorrow? I'll be out there 2 at the latest... ~Sarah
