Well to all those UK people who are sick of seeing cockends using mobiles whilst driving... From approx 28th feburary 2007, offence of driving whilst using a mobile phone is planned to become an endorsable offence Therefore £60 fine and 3 penalty points -

Thats battenburg reflective stickers. Most emergancy vehicles are now battenburg styled in the UK.
