    Not alot then!! I used to hate the long hours in my old job. Was up ridiculously early so no chance of doing anything before work. Work a 12 hour day, get something to eat, veg out for an hour or so then go to bed. Sucked so much

    Dear god, judging by her reaction in the court room do you think she might have taken it on board that she can't do what she likes and when she breaks the law there will be consequences!? Surely not. I hope she learns something from it all. Good on the legal people for getting her back inside to serve her term

    LOL, well its 2.2 lbs per kilo. Its not that hard sweetie So I'm 107kgs now. Want to be 100kgs. So 7 kgs x 2.2 = 15.4 lbs Should be easy as at the moment I'm a ridiculously idle fat knacker
