    red flag alert an appraisal should be a reflection of market value, if it sells for "quite a bit less", then that may be what it is worth in the "market", if all the units can be bought at that price then that is the market value and the appraisal should reflect that value, but then again maybe you are the one lucky winner and getting a deal that no one else is being offered, you won't know until you see the appraisal, you may want to write something into the contract that allows you to back out unless the appraisal equals $xxx and returns all your earnest money, proceed with caution Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together.     Maybe I don't get it: you work an 8-hour shift but they want you to be available 24/7? What happens if you are "busy" when they call at the last minute? What if you have had a drink? I work a regular 40 hour week and have call-out 1 week out of 7. That week I have to be "available" 24/7 if needed. I go wherever I want, after a jump I check my phone to see if they called - no problem. DZ to the office is 80 minutes - if they need be I'll be there. If they want me to sit at home, not drink and stare at the wall they can pay me. Give one city to the thugs so they can all live together. I vote for Chicago where they have strict gun laws.

    OK, so I got serious and answered your poll America, Columbia, South Carolina - 4% if you only consider the fuel I use for personal use - 9% if you count all uses, including business uses that I get reimbursed for what you may have meant to ask was: how much do you spend per week for personal consumption on fuel, as a percentage of take home pay over the same period?
