    here is my answer to the riser pressure LONGER RISERS... I start my turn with harness ( and by harness I mean that I am sideways under canopy when I start) add both risers offset offset more and then when riser pressure builds up I just fold my upper boddy over with arms at full extension so I am using my entire upper trunk as the pull down mechanism instead of the arms...     I posted soething like this a while ago....but then I guess I was the guy with fifty jumps loaded abotu the same on a safire...what I learned is that that is not the best idea... I lived...but let me tell you the arthritus is not fun....nor is the creaks and aches... so tell your buddy if he wants to be a short term jumps and not a lifetime jumper...keep not listening to the people who have seen this before...they aint saying shit for their health but his...     uspa currency rules arent what is being discussed here...whats being discussed in canopy currency... i did abotu 300 jumps this year to date...that was less than expected, interestingly enough I progressed, due to some early season coaching and some good bunches of jumps together...what I would recomend is to find someone like JP (if he is out at perris this winter) and ask him these questions, he has a great amount of knowledge and safety wisdom and is someone that I respect personally (as well as many ther on here, but I know that he used to jump at perris) Cheers and be safe sister...
