Anne and I have a 46" Sharp Aquos and have been very happy with it. Looks very sharp with HDTV set up. It is ALMOST too big. I said ALMOST...Anne thinks it is too big. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

If it fired as programmed in a pressurized aircraft I don't see it as a misfire. It is firing on an algorhythm. It can't tell the difference between dropping out of an airplane or whether you "dropped" in a pressurized aircraft that suddenly was unpressurized. it's the same thing in my book...but opinions are like..well you know. Our local hazmat team was able to track anyone with radioactive isotopes in them during the world series here in STL. We had sensors all over the place. Very very easy to find even down to where someone was sitting just by watching the monitors we have. I am very sure they will have the same system. I hang out with alot of cops on a regular basis. As our firehouse it attached to the doughnut factory. THEY are not the happiest people over there at times. You deal with shitheads on a very regular basis, everyone lies to you, you get spit on, shit on, You can't chase people down as if they get hurt they can sue you, you can't deliver the ass whooping they may or may not deserve cause they will sue you, you can't shoot someone cause even if your right you are always wrong and were too brutal...it goes on and on and on... These are alot of the reasons why we have 6 of our cops that are now taking the paramedic classes on the side so they can shift over to the Fire Department. THAT is where all the fun is. And 99% of the people love us all the time.

Where the fuck did I say anything about race based quotas or "diversity training"? But now that you bring it up. I have been a victim of race based quotas. I was passed up for a promotion even though the guy that was promoted took the same test as me and had the same study materials as me, He placed 36th out of 36...I placed number 1. He was promoted I was not. It happens. He ended up being a great officer...it wasn't fair to me at all BUT I don't hold grudges. as you seem to alude to in your post. I also think that diversity training happens every day. learning about other people is a GOOD thing...whether they be black, white, irish, chinese, japanese...etc..etc.etc. What is so wrong with learning other peoples cultures??? or the HISTORY of there cultures. I set up my hot corners for expose and expose. just a flick of the wrist and I have either all of my stuff right there...or all of it pushed off the desk. Very nice.
