Your mac will read it even if its formatted for windows as it is a FAT32 file. I know this cause I did the same thing when I switched over. used the iPod to carry over all my files using senuti then reformated it to mac aftewards. also just drag your pics into iPhoto and your good to go.

Bluray is outselling HD DVD 3 to 1 in Europe right now. So my feeling is blue ray is gonna win. OR there gonna kiss and make up and make ONE standard. but even if that happened tomorow its gonna take 18+ months to get it all squared away...so here we are at the stalemate. Here's where the rub comes. The problem with jobs is there are people involved. everyone does not always like everyone else. Problem is some people kiss ass and make a profession of it. So what happens is if there is not a contract that outlines exactly how things happen. i.e. promotions, shift changes, etc.etc....the people that have the "in" crowd at times will get prefrence. Fortunately...I and my wife have union contracts to avoid this issue. There are still minor issues like anywhere but it does level the playing field. NOW what is good about our contracts is that they uphold you to actually do your job. so a "leisurely" person will NOT stay around because the union will not waste its money on defending a useless employee just the rights of the employee and whether or not the contract was followed properly. Now that's an old school thing to look at. You obviously havn't used a Mac recently. Funny thing is my wife is forced to use PC's for work now after having used macs for so long. She wants her Mac back. She's a teacher....not a graphics guru etc....The mac just does what it does and does it good. Oh.......and that means it does everything. Not to say that PCs can do there job also. But my mother in law see's the lack of frustration my family has with our mac's and has pondered getting one also after dealing with the 10min startups with her PEECEEE. And that is why I want you to be my Dr. A Doc that understands that it is OK to not know everything and that keeps understand that it is PRACTICING medicine is the one for me. After 15 years as a paramedic I have just learned not to care the same way about patients. I always ALWAYS do my best and make sure my team does our best...BUT if I were to stop and actually care it would be difficult at best. As kelly said detaching is what happens after a while...and thats ok. and it is ok to laugh and joke about the screwed up stuff you see out on the streets. it helps vent and get that stuff off your mind. Nothing like seeing a decapitated 15 year old and then go and eat a big old heaping plate of spaghetti 45 minutes later. It's just what ya do. BUT good job on your call. those first ones are the best. AND the good news is even after all this time...I am still surprised by the complete ingenuity of people to screw them selves up in another weird way. and we get to fix em. Makes it kinda fun and challenging. -
Amen....There are some not great lawyers in the world. BUT I have had a couple of lawyers impact my life with my daughter and my wife in a VERY positive way. Without them I don't know if I would be in the great position I am right now. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

The reduction didn't hurt. it was the three jabs of lidocaine into the bottom of my foot that hurt like a beeaattcchhh. Plus it's better to have it reduced than having a crooked toe.

Yeah...the reducing was a bit gross. but the doc did a good job of covering it up as he yanked it back into place. He knew i was gonna be watching. I'm just worried how long I'm gonna be off. I didn't expect the lidocaine to hurt so freakin much. He injected it into the bottom of my foot...then he's tickling my feet and tells me to stay still!!!. WTF?? NOT fun.

I thought canadians are peace loving hippies and they don't have any violence up there. Just ask Skydekker. after reviewing the tape I honestly don't see what the police did wrong. the man was aggressive towards them. he resisted arrest and they used force against him. It sucks that he died but I don't think they went above and beyond. it's not like they beat him down. he was tazed...he dropped and they cuffed him. Seems like a typical excited delerium to me. I definately believe they should have determined what language he spoke and tried to get a conversation going before being quite as aggressive as they were...but still...he was NOT in his right mind and probably would have not cooperated either way. Murray, To be fair. that review is going to be a tad slanted against anything MS. We both know Pogue is about as big of a Apple Fanboy as they come. (Kinda like us) but he gets paid for it. He was one of the few to get the iPhone prior to release, he makes money by writing books about apple products(i.e. iphone, leopard, etc.)...so I tend to take some of what he says about other stuff with a grain of salt. Now with that being said, winblows mobile 6 truly makes NOOOO sense. almost as fucked up and confusing as my KRZR Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....
