    If you have the faintest clue how to work a screw drive and know how to unplug and plug a wire into something you can replace both of those. The instructions are in your manual that came with your iMac. But once again...please go to windozzzz and see how that works for ya. enjoy all the spam, viruses, etc. that you can handle. And also less chance for them to write them for me. My iMac has been going strong for several years with nary a problem. upgraded ram, airport, HD, and superdrive by my self with only a screw driver and torx wrench. Simple...easy...and it just works.     Apple offers a 59Dollar applecare during the first year of purchase. If you had that you'd have a new iPod right now. It really is cheap insurance for what really is a delicate machine. I have a 4th gen iPod that shit out on me after about a year and a half of daily abuse. They gave me a new one same day I walked into the apple store. I know this doesn't help you...BUT this is why they offer it. I now just bought the same for my wife's nano that I purchased last week. Worth every penny in my opinion but you take your risks when you don't pony up the extra scratch from the get go like you. I don't understand how apple is supposed to warran a product for more than a year. EVERY other player/computer/ etc. usualy only has a 1yr or less warranty unless you pay for more coverage. My advice to you is go get an XM receiver and tell me how that goes for you. Either you like the iPod or you don't. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    Somehow some of our prized pictures of the world series win the other night suddenly disappeared off of our sony camera's memory stick pro. It is to the point my wife wants to chuck it. We did not shoot any more pictures from the time we know they were on there to now. I just went to download them to the computer and they are not there. Not via a card reader or via the camera's own review screen. Any idea's how we can recover these files if at all?? Thanks, Marc

    As an Astros fan you should also be a national league fan....we cheered for houston last year regardless of the fact if they didn't have a chance or not.     The great part about doctors is there are a ton more out there. Get a new DR if you don't like this guy/girl. If I listened to my first Dr I'd be dead. Second opinions or new Dr's do save lives. AND make life SOOOOOO much easier. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    Your welcome guys. Just something I found that I figured you all would like. Music isn't too bad either and most importantly you don't have to stare at your watch during your intervals. THAT is the best part.

    Found a good podcast that goes along with this. He even tells you when to start and stop your intervals all set to some nice trance-electronica-and chill for the cool down. very very good podcast. plus you don't have to keep looking at the watch. http://podcasts.ullreys.net/ have fun!!!     If you buy it from the apple store they will not have any scrapes or anything. you will get it in a plain box though. none of the fancy packaging of the new stuff. I have had them without issue. I'd recomend it highly. especially if you don't want the new new 80 gig. that's my next prize I want....hmmmm....wife did just let me buy a MacBook so dooubt i'll be doing any iPod shopping anytime soon.     firefighter/paramedic here. My 13yrs as a paramedic has taught me that I won't risk my future on going to extreme's when I am not on duty. I WILL help as much as i can i.e. BLS stuff. but ALS stuff is reserved for work. There are people that I know of in both IL and MO that have lost there paramedic licenses for doing ALS care off duty without medical orders. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....
