hey all, I'm gonna be in texas(witchita falls) for 6 weeks starting jun 21st. does anyone know/ suggest a dz that has a good rep and is close to the area? im not worried about a 150-200 mile drive!i just want a reputatble dz, i will NEED TO JUMP!!! but i am not at all familiar with the area. thanks, jt JT

im sure it is easier than im making it out to sound. when i failed the last time i showed my book to the dzm. he said that i should have sections 3-7 in the book. but in the errata it says they should be replaced by the uspa isp. so i replaced those sections. i think the test ive been taking was a VERY VERY old version, so i printed the old SIMS and im gonna take my answers from that. if i fail again there may be gun play afterward.(j/k) really if i do fail again. im going to another dz. if i fail there then im just a dumbass!(which is a possibility that shouldn't be ruled out just yet! :D ) JT

hey Donna, yes i wouldn't mind if you could send me the study guide you have. i just d/l a copy of the sims. and all of the answers i found were the same.( i practically memorized the questions.) but i had the 2001 section 4 supplemented for 1998's section 4-7 so i may hafta re-read that stuff. but when i skimmed thru it the info wasn't much different. if the study guide is on disc you can send it to me at jtval@hotmail.com if its a hard copy lemme know and i'll send ya my address and whatever postage cost. blue skies jt JT

hey everyone, i've got a question for all who have taken the test for the a license. I seem to be doing something wrong. the more i study the more answers i get wrong. the 1st time i took the test i got 6 wrong. then i studied and missed 10 then 12. i think i might be studying the wrong version of the SIMS!! before and after i took my test, i lookewd at the sims for the answers. i swear i answered them correctly as it read in the sims but i missed almost every question. does anyone know if there is a study book specifically for the "a" license? b/c im really getting pissed off now! im going over seas SOON, for a few years and if i dont have an american uspa licence then my 40 jumps won't be worth a thing over there. any info would help me out ALOT have fun live free skydive JT

im with ya wingnut! army of one? what happened to the team objective(zennie hit that on the head) i'm trying to find out about the A.F. jump team. i know they aren't hugely known but we got one . i wanna find out how to jump with em!!! im guessing they're just an expedition team , like the knights. shit free jumps, getting out of the workcenter, off the flt line, travel to all the events. yea id have to say that it would be better then what i do now!!! either way im gonna; have fun live free.& SKYDIVE!!!!! sweet deal, ive always wondered about the birdman suits. but i just only got my own rig.(i'll jump it this weekend.woohoo) and i've only just healed and began jumping again last weekend so i was on hold for a while but im full force into skydiving again. man i feel so alive when im in the sky. i'll be spending nine days at the dz jumping til im broke(or in debt,i should say) woohoo it's great to be back. good to see your still on-line, alex. have fun, live free,SKYDIVE!!!! well i finally got to jump again!!! woohooo but unfortunately i couln't use my rig. the mail system screwed me. i sent it out too get rigged up but they didnt feel like doing their job(the post office) they crossed out the recievers address and brought it back to me.(lazy bastards) any way i will have my own gear rigged and wiating for me when i go back. the importnat thing is that i go to jmup.again. SWWEEETTTT!!!!! JT

carrie, me too!!! where are they all hanging out at? wing-- nah just tested for my stripe but theres a 61 % promotion rate. and last year i only missed by 8 pionts so im pretty sure i got it. but yes you do have to go thru b4 you so on. I cant wiat to get high agian. JT

well, billy z. its about time. good to see ya. care has been telling us for a while that you were computer disabled. my collar bone is finally healing(but it still gets sore) but from may 18- 28 i will be on vaca trying to get to where i should be. i want you to film some stuff.
