Mt. Lemon, about 45 minute drive, was cool when I went to school there. I think much of it burned up during the fires a year or so ago. Nonetheless, breathtaking views from all sides and plenty of untouched (or at least it feels that way) area to wander...however, there are bears up there (I'm a little bit of scaredy cat when it comes to bears ). I second Catalina National Park. During the winter, you can hike up to several different pools that come down the rocks from the moutains...VERY cool (esp. with the right company ). If you are feeling extremely "free", there is an area in Sabino Canyon (northeast Tucson area) with great hiking trails and waterfalls. However, BE WARNED....hikers are allowed to (and WILL BE) bearing it all. Tucson is great in the winter...enjoy

The hubby wants dual exhaust on his 00' Chevy Silverado, extended cab, 4X4, I don't know how many litres or HP but I think its the best you can get on the lot. Anyway, I live in the San Diego area and have been calling around for estimates on installation. Well, being the not so knowledgeable "girl" customer , I've gotten a HUGE range of estimates. I don't want to jump at the cheapest because I don't want it to be a shotty job or to get ripped off when payment time comes. Any idea at all how much something like this SHOULD cost? Thought of another "Stealing Beauty" w/ Liv Tyler and Jeremy Irons...GREAT soundtrack and filmed in the Tuscan countryside of Italy.
