Back in my early 20's I hated my life & needed a good kick in the butt so I joined the Army. Got sent to Germany & did a lot of traveling throughout Europe while I was there. One of the best things I ever did.

Decent weather here today so Lady Liberty was out, but it wasn't the old guy. It was a very crack-headish kid who said the old guy got fired for not being "energetic enough" & was pissed at him for taking his job. He didn't want his picture taken, this was the best I could get. Don Here's to friends! -

Near my house there's a new Dunkin Donuts that's been open for about 2 months. On the weekends the kids who work there all take turns wearing this costume that looks like a big cup of coffee with DD on it. Most of the time they just stand there & wave but there's one who really gets in to the whole thing. I'll admit she did make me pull in & buy a coffee & Boston Creme. There's also a tax place called Liberty Tax Service in the same strip mall, today they had some old guy out front dressed up like the Statue of Liberty. If he's out there tomorrow I'll get a pic. A few years ago while using a cutting torch a hot piece of metal fell in my lap, burnt through my pants & underwear & came to rest on top of my junk. My pants hadn't came off that fast since my senior prom!! If it's anything like that....no thank you, I'll pass. Don Here's to friends!
