People that are born in ghettos aren't inherently any more violent or criminal than people born in the suburbs. There's got to be a reason for the excessive criminality and what better reason than profit? The illegal drug trade provides most of the profit. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    I know you think you're making a point about 'anti-cop' people - but the thing is several posters who would call out a questionable shooting have already chimed in with (paraphrasing) 'yeah, seems legit'. Which kinda shows they're not operating on the kneejerk responses you want to think they are. My only question would be the disparity between the reactions two cops. Does the female cop pull a Tazer first, then put it away and reach for a firearm? Either way, it looks like the male cop has wrestled with the suspect, pulled his gun and shot the guy 6 times by the time Officer Griffin has her weapon drawn, at which point she shoots him on the floor another few times, presumably so she won't feel left out. Interesting. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    But like I just said above, you appear to be mistaken about the nature if the charge and what they need to prove. You're complaining about him being overcharged when he hasn't been charged with what you think he has. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    Not having him buckled in COULD be criminal negligence. Hitting the brakes, turning sharply ON PURPOSE would be murder (maybe), that's what he's charged with. Um, no it isn't. The offence he is charged with is defined as acting with indifference to human life (knowing that his actions are putting someone in increased danger) resulting in someone's death. That does not in any way imply deliberately driving the van in a way that was intended to hurt or kill Mr Gray. It is fully covered by shackling him hand and foot and putting him unrestrained into a metal box knowing that, driving being driving, the van may need to swerve or brake sharply. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
