    How do you know that? How does he know that? Because he left matter on its own in 'recent years'? I find it hard to believe you didn't spot the rather obvious flaw in his methodology, in that 'recent years' is not very many years... It's not any kind of cow, and it both isn't and shouldn't be worshipped. That's just you projecting your worldview onto others. Evolution is not sacred, it is simply true. So what? What does that have to do with anything? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

I'm sure this game of conveniently forgetting what you actually said seems very clever to you, but you'd be much better off just being straightforward and honest. You can't just propose that you bypass boards of education and approved curriculums and teaching materials and claim to have solved the problem. You have to be able to make it happen, and guess what?     Using stats from 2010, and assuming the rate stays flat through the year, there will have been something like 120 shooting murders and 210 shooting suicides in the US during the 4 days since this attack. So yeah, I'd put domestic terrorism pretty damn low on your list of worries. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    Thing is, in criticizing the term 'organic' in farming you're assuming that the term 'organic' in chemistry carries the original and correct meaning. This assumption doesn't really hold. Earlier recorded use of 'organic' and 'organical' in english carried the meaning of 'from living beings'. In that light, the term 'organic farming' makes perfect sense. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

    Comparitively speaking, yeah, I'm going to tell you exactly that. I'm also going to tell you that any major US city with the shooting stats of Toronto would be held up as the achievement of the impossible dream and a shining beacon of success for whatever policy made it that way.     That's not so bad. If you assume that the rate will stay constant it still puts Toronto (in a really bad year) significantly safer in terms of firearm homicides than NYC, supposedly the new gold standard of safe US cities. Compare it to any other randomly chosen large US city and it's not even funny. You guys would kill to have all your cities as safe as Toronto, though I guess that's kinda the problem... Do you want to have an ideagasm?
