Sounds good, but literally it's not in the slightest bit true, is it? Everyone knows that music exists and people dance to it. Even if you're deaf the existence of music is a provable thing. It's a physical phenomenon. Like, if you saw someone dancing in the street on his own would you assume he was crazy or guess that he just had an Ipod going? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Unless the only people you know are noobs as ignorant as you are I guarantee that is not the case. People knew, you just didn't bother asking. Based on what Quade is saying that's right... but Quade is wrong The House did not impeach Nixon. The House Judiciary Committee ratified Impeachment Articles to be considered by the House but the House never got to look at them, let alone the Senate trial. Quade is essentially arguing that a Grand Jury indictment is the same thing as a conviction. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

So, if a Grand Jury votes to indict you that means you've been convicted of a crime, does it? That is, in fact, not how it works. Nixon was subject to impeachment hearing by the Judiciary Committee, whose job it is to decide if the full House should should vote on whether he shoud be impeached. He was NOT IMPEACHED. If you don't believe me, here is the third sentence of the Wikipedia article on Nixon's impeachment proceedings: "The impeachment resolutions were never considered by the full House...." The only thing stopping him from being forcibly removed from office is that he resigned before being impeached by the House, which had to happen before the formality of the senate blah blah blah. No-one disputes that he would have been ejected from the Presidency. But the FACT remains that he was not impeached. It is the truth. Quade, you are factually wrong. It is not a matter of opinion.
