  1. Because it's just a change in working conditions. If there was another office across town who paid the same per week as you but had always closed at 4.30 on friday would their employees be getting paid time off? Will the people you hire in future who will never have to work until 5.30 on friday for you be getting paid time off? No, they'll just be getting the pay that's agreed for the work that's agreed. And the same applies to your current employees. The agreement has changed, but they're still getting the agreed pay for the agreed hours. Then you won't like this - pretending the comment you made about paying your employees not to come to work at all has nothing to do with welfare is disingenuous bullshit Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  2. I think you missed his point. He's not saying that the poor black 13% is killing the rich 10% because they are rich - he's saying that the concentration of wealth in the hands of the 10% is a factor in the scale of the poverty of the 13%. And the 13% are doing so much killing (in some part) because they are poor. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  3. No you weren't. A) Because it's not paid time off. B) Because you then went on to talk about what would happen if you gave them money for doing nothing. Gee, does that sound like welfare? Yeah it kinda does. I wonder how come you didn't notice that BTW, if you mailed all your employees their paycheck for doing nothing at all do you think they'd all sit around at home all day or do you think they'd go out, get a second job and be twice as well off? Ok Mr Angry, whatever you say Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  4. That 13% includes both men and women. Black men are far more prone to violence than black women. And, not every black man is violent. I'd expect much less than half of them are. So, that means it's more like less than 2% of the population is committing 52% of the murders. Ummm, ok.... But if you're going to start being all reductionist you really should go the whole hog. According to the FBI there were 14,000 murders in 2013 with a population of 319,000,000. Even if you assume that each killer murders one person then 0.005% of the population is committing 100% of the murders. The horror! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  5. That's not paid time off. It's higher pay and a better work / life balance. Equating it with welfare is disingenuous bullshit. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  6. When a pilot is negligent and kills a couple of hundred people he isn't investigated by his fellow pilots. His 'brother' pilots don't cover for him. Cockpit voice recorders aren't mysteriously erased. What happens is a truly independent investigation in which the only concerns are with the facts of what happened. There's a good parallel though - how ridiculous would it be if a pilot accused the NTSB of a politically motivated witch hunt because they found a pattern of lax procedures and negligence at an airline following a fatal crash? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  7. Maybe. If he'd been commanded in the first place. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  8. Just like most other murderers, right? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  9. Funny thing is, a lot of your fellow apologists are happy to give up their real rights because of this. It's been said on here several times that people should always follow any orders from a cop - even if those orders are illegal or infringe on their rights - because otherwise they might get shot and it'd be their own fault. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  10. Except for Trump himself, and except for the entire right wing echo chamber. Y'know, the ones whose articles you were linking to just yesterday? Where did those articles come from if the right isn't talking about the issue? What does stick to Trump is all the insane bullshit that he, personally, spewed over the course of several years when all but the most incurably partisan or stupid knew that the Obama birth question was settled. But how desperate must you be to find something to stick to Hillary that a recollection from a senior staffer that a junior regional campaign worker once forwarded an email has you crying in triumph? I can just imagine the panic you must be feeling when the only thing you can find for support is that thin and that tenuous. I'd almost feel sorry for you, if you weren't trying to disguise your desperation by being so obnoxious Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  11. Trump stated for the record that the Obama administration secretly assassinated the Hawaiian State Health Director to cover up the fact that Obama's Birth Certificate was a fraud. Hillary Clinton on the other hand has never questioned Obama's birthplace, and was stating for the record that Obama was born in the USA before Trump even began posting his lunatic contributions to the birther conspiracy. Seriously bro - trying to paint Trump as the innocent voice of reason in this thing is utterly insane. Pathetic revisionist history. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  12. And you had the gall to call into question my research skills. That's one of the debates I looked at - there is zero mention or even hint at an uncertainty over Obama's birth anywhere in it. If you've been brainwashed into thinking there was then that is pretty pathetic. What were they talking about? A photo of an adult Obama in the native garb of a country he was visiting. 1) How the fuck is that a birther question? 2) Even if it was a birther question, how the fuck is Hillary Clinton responsible for questions posed to her in a debate? 3) If even Matt Drudge at the time didn't say it called into question Obama's birth, why the fuck would mention of it in the debate create a birther issue? 4) Rush's link claims that a Clinton staffer forwarded a birther email in 2007. You must be saying that his link is lying, yes? No kidding. It's clearly a concept you are entirely unacquainted with! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  13. That is the single most insane statement I have ever, ever seen on this website. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  14. You're lying, and you know you're lying. The first time you posted it you could just have been mistaken. But I pointed out to you why the statement is a lie, so now by repeating it again you are intentionally lying. If you think that what you're saying is true, then address the points I raised. Believe it or not "" isn't a very good comeback. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  15. Politico had a column on the birther conspiracy back in Feb. 2008 as well as the Telegraph Tribune, if my memory is correct. My primary point is the Birther conspiracy started way before Trump entered into the controversy. If that's your point then it's pretty pointless. No one ever claimed that Trump started birtherism. And if you're unable to post the video right now, why not just find the transcript and post that? All the debates have transcripts available online - unless you're too in the dark to find it. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  16. You're lying, and you know you're lying. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  17. Well, those were the two MSNBC debates from 08 and I can't see what you're talking about. So if you want to prove a point, then please tell us what she said. It would make this conversation so much easier. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  18. Well, there you go again with an elitist attitude... It's elitist to recognise spin from a biased webiste that works for a particular candidate? Man you must really love having the wool pulled over your eyes! So now you have a new claim? Dude, why would the right wing websites be jizzing themselves about a low level, immediately fired, Cinton campaign worker who forwarded a birther email if they had Clinton herself on tape talking about birtherism? http://www.nytimes.com/2008/01/15/us/politics/15demdebate-transcript.html http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/26/us/politics/26text-debate.html?pagewanted=all&_r=0 Here are the two MSNBC debates that took place in 2008. In the second one (purely a Clinton/Obama debate) they talk about nothing but healthcare for the first quarter of an hour. In the first one (Clinton/Edwards/Obama) they are asked about race at the beginning but Clinton says nothing derogatory, and absolutely nothing regarding birthplace or citizenship is even hinted at. So what the hell are you talking about? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  19. Don't trust the website? What about the links in the article? The claim that Wells Fargo employees and others confirm that Hillary is running a large and intentional overbilling scam on thousands upon thousands of people (while Trump's campaign has never made a single billing mistake) doesn't have any links. Funny that Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  20. Disclosure: Donald Trump is the father-in-law of Jared Kushner, the publisher of Observer Media. What a great way to make publicity. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  21. And let us not forget that you're lying again. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  22. You missed the point. That's closer to the point. Nope, veered past it again. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  23. Hmm. Just the Christians is hardly 'all' now is it? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  24. You don't think living in the US is beneficial? So it wouldn't matter which country you lived in then? Any part of socialist Europe, Asia, the middle east, Africa - you'd have the same benefits and opportunities, because God would still give them to you? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  25. And what about someone who lives in your country, draws huge, continuing benefits from its wealth and then bitches that the country isn't great anymore? Someone like Ron, or Trump? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
