  1. First, Rushmc believes anonymous sources (just one, in this case) as long as they're from Fox. Irony. Second, 'The congressional scrutiny at this stage does not mean investigators have concluded any official violated the law or internal regulations.' It seems like this is what Rushmc would usually characterise as a politically motivated investigation rather than a real one. Irony. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  2. Advertising dollars are leftist and pro-liberal? Is there even a name for being so right-wing that the advertising industry seems suspiciously socialist? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  3. http://www.snopes.com/klaus-eberwein/ No evidence that he was going to testify against the Clintons. No shit. There isn't even any evidence that there's a case against the Clintons that he could have testified in None of this matters to Ron though. His Pavlovian masters of the alt-right have got him so well trained he's sitting in a pool of his own dribble by now. Even if he ever found out it wasn't true he'd just imagine it was and carry on with the same conclusion. Apparently reality doesn't matter when you've got a big enough ego, or some bullshit like that. And he certainly does. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

My god he just finds new ways to be a total cockmuffin, doesn't he? "Somebody said... maybe that's wrong... I just heard it..." Want to try weaselling any harder on that one? He's the fucking President and he's passing on watercooler gossip? How about, shout down the hall to where your entire West Wing staff are working and get one of them to find out. You'd have a solid answer in 15 minutes. How on earth did this slimy puddle of oozing discharge masquerading as a sentient human ever manage to get to this position? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  6. True. Although post WW2 pretty much everything in the US was amazing. It was the period that made them what they've been ever since. Also, he's the earliest president on that list. Was he the first to have approval polls done on him? If so, and responders weren't used to it, maybe they were just being polite Do you want to have an ideagasm?

It's obvious what happened. This guy had hard evidence that Trump and his whole family did absolutely nothing wrong, and before he could publically clear their names, the Clintons killed him for it. Another bloodstain on their hands, and another corpse left in their trail of destruction. How anyone can support those evil liberals in the face of such ironclad evidence is beyond me Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  8. The problem with the posts you make when you get bored and decide to start trolling is that they're so obvious. A bit more subtlety might get you more engagement/entertainment. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  9. The last paragraph in that article: Khadr admitted to throwing the grenade that killed Speer, but later recanted, saying it was only so he could get away from American custody in Guantanamo Bay. It bothers me that some otherwise reasonable people are outraged that this guy should get a settlement for having his rights stripped from him because he did a very, very bad thing... when the evidence that he did a very, very bad thing comes from a statement he made at a time that he functionally had no rights, and we have no real way of knowing under what circumstances, what treatment or for what reason he made the statement. That's the fucking rabbit hole you go down when you try and find a nice little legal way to turn define people into non-people. Nothing that happens after that point can be trusted anymore. Nothing that happens after that point counts anymore. You can't flip the switch back the other way and use the stuff you supposedly learned when he didn't have rights to build a case now that he does have rights again. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

You really do make this easy Rush - did you notice how Trump made a specific point of stating that it was just a Russian lawyer, not a Russian government lawyer? Do you think that's because there would be something pretty dodgy about meeting with a Russian government lawyer? Because the email chain explicitly told Trump Jr that the meeting he was setting up was going to be with "The Russian government attorney" Oh, and it's also the first sighting of a brand new excuse - "he was in the meeting but wasn't paying attention" Do you want to have an ideagasm?

The other question is what did Rush say when every successive congressional investigation came back and said Benghazi was a big nothingburger? Or when the Clinton foundation accusations faded away into a big nothingburger. I'm sure he was gracious enough to retract his earlier conclusions.... right? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Don't know yet. But Mueller will find out and let us know soon enough. So when he comes back and says it is a big nothing burger, what will you say then? I would say "what parallel universe have I just fallen into?" When Mueller comes back and says it's a big crimeburger and Trump pre-emptively pardons his own son what will you say then? 15. At this point in Obama's presidency you were comparing him to Karl Marx and Hitler, and stating that he wanted to wage a culture war against the US and put an end to the free market. Didn't take you 4 years to make up your mind then. What's changed now? Do you want to have an ideagasm?

"Jared Kushner tried and failed to secure a $500m loan from one of Qatar's richest businessmen, before pushing his father-in-law to toe a hard line with the country, it has been alleged. This intersection between Mr Kushner’s real estate dealings and his father-in-law’s international issues highlights the difficulties of an administration besiged with an unprecedented number of conflicts of interest." Someone remind me why anyone ever thought that if this guy was running things in the Whitehouse he'd at least be keeping them out of trouble? Shows just how low the 'at least he's better than Bannon' bar really was! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  17. Funny how one of the tweets was regurgitating his argument that when you hear the words "sources say" from the Fake Media, often times those sources are made up and do not exist.... in response to Don Jr's emails confirming exactly what the sources said. So if the sources didn't exist, how did the NYT know about it at all? If it was just a wild stab in the dark then the accuracy was miraculous! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  18. Jackson Pollock was an alcoholic and an adulterer; he killed himself and another passenger while driving drunk. Vincent Van Gogh was about as insane as they come. Both of them still created some pretty good art. What, Caravaggio doesn't get a look in? But I think if you're going to specifically praise the hidden meanings and spirituality of someone's work, its worth mentioning the hidden details and frankly mercenary spirituality of their life. Particularly when it has such convenient parallels (And Van Gogh was a tragic figure with a genuine mental illness that plagued his life. I would hope no-one thinks it diminishes either his art or him. He was a victim of his own disease, IMO.) Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Orrin Hatch said "I think this is overblown. Donald Trump Jr is a very fine young guy. He’s smart. He’s decent. He’s honorable.” Would Hatch have taken the meeting? "No! Noooooo." Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  20. If you get the chance visit the Dali Museum in St Petersburg FL. He was an amazing artist able to adequately and accurately portray the hidden meanings in life. Generally, they were the spiritual meanings that reveal the essence of awe, joy, and peace. I have been a fan of his since the '50s. Exactly, well sort of. Trump does reveal some of the hidden meanings in life. Unfortunately they are not awe, joy, and peace. They mostly revolve around fear and how to exploit it. Dali was also a man who professed one ideology (anarchy) and displayed another (supporting a fascist regime) when it was expedient, so no wonder Ron likes him. He was also a chronic masturbator and bisexual. Not sure if that's relevant personally for Ron, but still doesn't quite sit within his religious lines... Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Video here: http://insider.foxnews.com/2017/07/11/donald-trump-jr-russian-lawyer-meeting-charles-krauthammer-incompetence-defense-hannity Two things strike from that video - the first is Krathammer's statement (mirroring Rush's stance here) that he defended Trump against the Russia investigation because until now "there was no 'there' there" to which you obviously reply "and this is why we needed the investigation!" The second is the Fox host's desperation to push the Trump Jr line of "but there wasn't any info so there isn't any problem". To get to which point you have to ignore the months of lies, denial and coverup about the meeting, ignore the intent and willingness of Trump Jr to use the promised information, accept the assertion of Trump Jr that there was no information despite the fact that you know he's lied about everything else connected with the meeting until publically proven otherwise, and ignore the fact that acting on a conspiracy to do illegal things is a crime even if you are unsuccessful at completing the intended illegal acts. As an attorney was interviewed in Rolling Stone [paraphrasing] "If this wasn't the President's son the FBI would be raiding his house already." Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  22. Given the size of his portfolio the question with Kushner is what qualifications does he have to do everything It's like their strategy is to only use rookies, so anything they fuck up can be brushed off as a 'rookie mistake'. But sooner or later their most ardent supporters do need to recognise that some stuff needs to be done by people who know what they're doing. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

Be it Jr or trump, lie, deny, blame it on HRC and the media. All the sheep will believe and follow. "Crooked previous admin had Trump Tower wiretapped in 2016. Obama knew about my son meeting Russians - why didn't he do anything about it? Fake news bias media don't ask these questions! Sad." Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  24. You have, in the past, argued that political leaders must be christian otherwise they would have no moral basis from which to make just laws. You now appear to be saying that Trump has immunity from any moral standards of behaviour demanded by God. How do you reconcile those two concepts? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  25. He's a good businessman and a winner. Things like ethics, morality and even following the law don't matter in business because the only important thing is winning and making money. Obviously this doesn't apply to other unethical businessmen like drug dealers because... um... because shut up, that's why! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
