  1. Wait, he's making the wild claim that Obama is criminally responsible for Russian meddling and he's throwing Sessions under the bus for not doing anything about it? Nothing like a leader who inspires loyalty.... Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  2. Bingo. Parents first and foremost. Some parents are. Some parents are just ok and some parents are the absolute worst. That's the problem with parents, anyone can become one. There are no tests for admission and no disqualifying factors either. The guy who's not allowed to work as a janitor within 4 miles of a school building can be a parent. Don't get me wrong, some parents are absolutely committed to giving their kids the best possible education and preparation for the life ahead of them. But you're kidding yourself if you don't think that some of them are just like Janice in accounting. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

It looks like it is all over but the wiping. No collusion on President Trump's part. The bad guys have been identified, but they will never see a court room over here. With the school tragedy it is not even top of the fold news. Rosenstein has made it clear several times that the "No Americans" is specifically about the indictments towards the 13 Russians and the company, not about the overall investigations. Ron and Rush would have been a hoot during the Watergate investigation. When Hunt and Liddy were indicted "See! It's just those two, no-one else!" Porter and Kalmbach "See! They did it all and they were just low level aides, nothing else" Then the Watergate Seven "See! It was just the staff involved, they had the juice to organise it all without Nixon ever knowing!" And then the Smoking Gun tape and Nixon's resignation "That's just a process crime! He was only trying to block the investigation because it was so biased and unfair, you still can't prove he ever did anything wrong to begin with!" Would have been amazing Do you want to have an ideagasm?

And of course: “He said he didn’t meddle — I asked him again. You can only ask so many times. I just asked him again. He said he absolutely did not meddle in our election. He did not do what they are saying he did. Every time he sees me he says, ‘I didn’t do that,’ and I really believe that when he tells me that, he means it. I think he is very insulted by it, which is not a good thing for our country.” But he didn't really say that, right? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  5. Yes, it was illegal. Which is why they did lots of other illegal things to try and cover it up, including identity theft, use of fraudulent bank accounts and money laundering. Read the indictment. No, it is not illegal. And yet we know for a certainty that some of them tried to. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

That says "after the election" Rush. I'm pretty sure if you check my posts you'd see I already didn't like Trump before the election. How do you feel about being manipulated by the Russians in the build up to actually casting your votes in the primaries and election - y'know, when it actually makes a difference? A) Except the unwitting Trump campaign tools, among others. B) No he hasn't. Do you want to have an ideagasm?

You mean certain members of the Trump campaign are being shown to be the useful tools of the Russians? And now this confirms some links between Trump's campaign and Russian election meddling. First, don't you think that justifies the Mueller investigation? Second, you do realise it isn't the end of the investigation, and it has not been stated that these are the only Trump/Russia links? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  9. Two reasons, really. First, the Republicans have convinced themselves that their fringe rightvelements are really their base, whic allowed DJT to hikack the primaries, second the Rs had for a couple of years been running the most successful character assassination campaign ever against HRC. There are other factors, but that’s mostly it. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  10. The democrats are in opposition. It’s all very well having plans (which they do) but when you don’t have any branch of government to work with you can’t really get anything done except opposing. Contrast this with the Republicans, whose stated policy even when they held two branches of government was simply to oppose anything Obama wanted. They did nothing positive for 6 years. They didn’t have even the skeleton of a plan ready to replace Obamacare when their number one plank for year after year after year was to scrap Obamacare. The sum total of their strategy and planning had been to oppose it, and nothing else. And, since it actually worked for them, why do you think it would be so bad for the Democrats even if they were doing the same thing? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  11. Gotta be honest with you, Dude... Look at bullet item #5. Not voting is more culturally acceptable than the you voted for who?!?!? What the fuck did you throw your vote away for??!??! Don't you remember the Ross Perot Election?!?!?!? Go get ya some tea. I got this. And now you're having to explain why you voted for the moron in chief. Happier? If you really cared about changing the status quo then voting third party and explaining to people why you voted third party would be good things. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  12. Gotta be honest dude, a person who in the same breath refuses to contemplate the possibility of voting third party and moans about status quo politicians.... well, lets just say my screen now has coffee on it Never mind that millions more still wanted a Washington insider, anyone who thinks Trump is that person has been well and truly duped. And Donald Trump's provable criminal history far outweighs Clinton's. Did you think he would change when he got into office? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  13. Fixed it for ya Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  14. This is going to sound patronising, and I don't mean it to be, but I don't think you quite realise how big the entire world is. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  15. While that's a great idea, the enforcement of it is the exact opposite of simple. How many different mines and how many different factories in how many different countries are involved in the supply chain of componentry for that one TV? How much is the US government willing to spend to make sure this one product is legit? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  16. I notice this whole analogy does not at any point involve finding out whether this guy has any history of successfully clearing out raccoons. So what happens? You give him the key to your house, go to work, and when you come back he's raided your booze cupbard, passed out drunk on your couch and the raccoons are still everywhere. What is it about Trump that you do care about that makes you think he can fix it? Shouldn't the best expression of yur support for someone be pointing out the good stuff about him, not listing (and listing, and listing) all the bad stuff about him that you're willing to ignore? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  17. The thing with her is that because, by any conventional measure, she is so incredibly unsuited to the role she's actually getting away with a lot more than Spicer ever did. She so boring, so humourless, so utterly devoid of personality that no-one can even be bothered to engage her on the lies because there's no payoff there. I stil have no sympathy for Spicer but at least you could tell he knew that he was in the wrong with the most egregious lies - and then the journos could get a rise out of him by pushing on it and that engagement would help the story. SHS just doesn't care. The difference between truth and falsehood is simply irrelevant to her, and where do you go in the face of that? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  18. You know that Nunes says that, but why do you automatically believe in the absolute truth of everything that the died-in-the-wool partisan Nunes comes out with, and doubt everything that the neutral Mueller investigation comes out with? And either way, he was turned in for something that he actually did, right? When you were at school and got detention for firing a spitball at the teachers neck I bet you blamed the kid who told on you. Wasn't your fault at all! Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  19. Right... Lying to the FBI about the contacts you had with Russians has nothing at all to do with conacting Russians. And laundering money and conspiring against the US when working for an explicitly Pro-Russian party in Ukraine is purely to be with Ukraine, not Russia. Ok then. Keep dreaming About what? You do know that those are the indictments, right? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  20. Right... Lying to the FBI about the contacts you had with Russians has nothing at all to do with conacting Russians. 21. So what specifically is the long term cheating and screwing effect the Clintons have had on you? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  22. Sure, Hillary should have won easy - by getting more votes. The idea that it's the fault of the Dem campaign that so many people voted for Trump, that it was because people were pushed onto him by Dem smugness, is utterly absurd. Republicans chose Trump in the primaries. They flocked to him when he was campaigning against other Republicans, the Dems didn't have anything to do with it. For a party that supposedly values personal responsibilty the Rs sure as hell like to pass the buck don't they? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  23. I'm sorry but if you don't see a huge amount of discussion everywhere of Trump and the Republicans' policies and actions then you are being wilfully blind. Similarly if you didn't notice 8 years of rabid personal attack against Obama (actually 9 since it's still going on against Clinton) then, well, same again. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  24. So when you said ignored, you only meant ignored if you ignore all the investigations? Simply put, if you ignore what ignore means, you can claim it was ignored? Do you want to have an ideagasm?
  25. You have an exact quote, a name and a date to search for. If you don't know how to use that information to find the original thread then you really don't have any business talking to the grown ups. Do you want to have an ideagasm?
