Quite frankly, as a professional bartender, they borderline did you a favor. In alot of the places I know of, you would have gotten another can of Red Bull and the bill would have been 17.00... How so? True, there was damage due to the storm, but the majority of the crisis seems to have been as the result of the rising waters that flooded the city, and the loss of power and water, then the lack of subsequent response. Would it be less of an apples and oranges comparison if AQ had dynamited the levees? the result would be the same (actually, I am surprised they didn't think of it).
