Well Clay, Vancouver is 34 miles from my house and I would say why not come up and bring your passport or birth cert and look at it before you make a big move like that. I have been there twice. I enjoy living state side with access. REnt is about $900 a month for a 3 bdrm 2 bath duplex. Aslo ther is storage here for a vehicle.
