    Do you have or do you know any school children? Anyone that is age 10 or higher? If you know any children that match this description just ask them to hook it up.

    You could argue that they did not in fact educate you because you did not make it through the training. If they had educated you, then you would have made it through. So you shouldn't have to pay because they failed in their commitment to you.

    Having worked in senior management for a company with a call center let me assure you that this is incorrect. Call Centers pay some of the lowest rates per minute, less than 3.5 cents per minute, so your call would have to last over 2 minutes to cost the call center 10 cents. It's better to let those that are making legitimate and legal efforts to change things do what they are doing, than to stoop to the level of the original offenders.     As a Canadian this statement surprises me - I personally don't know any Canadians that "praise" our health care system. Most countries that have a government run insurance program (which is most developed countries other than the USA) have some opportunity for people to buy additional coverage that allows for better access. It always amazes me that Canada and the USA, residing on the same continent, have completely opposite medical insurance programs and that most other countries have been able to find the middle ground that makes both of our systems look bad.
