    I am afraid to admit that I am one of those people who purposely get in the left lane and go slow. If someone is pissing me off on the road, I will get up next to a slow driver in the right lane and match their speed. I guess I get my jollies out of pissing people off. I will only do it if you piss me off first though. Don't piss me off and we don't have a problem. I agree that it should be illegal. Us fucktards need to learn a lesson.
