    Does anyone know what this comp is going to consist of? IE free rounds as well as compulsorys or is it gonna be based on compulsory's alone?

    I think it something to do with the Hacky handle oscillating at high speeds and pulling the pilot chute out? Ive never seen it happen, but that dont mean it cant happen. I think the puds are better as they allow a the air to flow freely over the handle in most body positions causing very little movement of the handle? could that be it?

    Ok so doing the rocking thing is Ok as you are momentarily increasing your surface area, however no body wants to fly like that all the time having to create constant movement when you could be concentrating on other things. I dont think thats its a good idea to employ this method when working in groups where the movement you create could affect others in a formation ect... To really slow up I also go to a wide daffy pulling my toes back and twisting the feet to the side to increase surface area. I Think about using every inch of available surface area in the given position and then think about being a strong flat surface. Don't forget to breathe!!!!! Failing that you can double clutch ( both arms forward and legs back employing a slight arch to increase your surface area?) Takes a bit of getting used to. Hope that helps you out.

    Event hough Lillo has a little catching up to do, there's still some good guys out there who go out of their way provide an exellent service! Safe flight school, Euphoria freefly To name but a few. Ok so the DZ is still young and the Xmas boogie had a few difficulties, but there are some dedicated flyers working there. In my opinion the schools and the personalites that run them make it!

    Just wondering what people want when they go to a freefly festival? I.e. organizers, entertainment, facilities....... In your experience, what has worked at previous festivals and boogies you've been to and what went wrong?

    The Lillo Xmas boogie also suffered from High winds at times but the weather was pretty good for most of it (eventhough it was cold as hell). We had Nimmo from Babylon (Empurias own) who did a outstanding job organizing the freeflying and educating the masses. We also had Andy Guler who did a great job in organizing some of the larger flat stuff. I was a little pissed at some of the stuff that went down but as this was Lillos first attempt at organising a large event Ill cut them some slack, hopefully they've learnt some serious lessons for next time. Boogies are a strange thing. They can be badly organized but if you have a good group of people who are up for good jumps and a good time in the evenings then thats all that matters.

The only thing that could mess it up is a busted ciatic nerve. You all mended yet?

    Chamone! Man this is gonna be a Bad ass boogie! Weve got some mad assed coaches rocking up and some shit hot flyers doing the same! The resident freefly team euphoria will be coaching and load organising. Also Nimmo from the kick ass freefly team Babylon will be there to do the same. Mike vetter is gonna be taking controll of the RW flyers for some dynamic formation stuff. we Have also got some very cool guys Like Matt from the world famous wiggaz team who are gonna make a special guest apperance, bringing the wiggaz own unique brand of wackyness to the proceedings. With those guys knocking around and a fleet of great aircraft, free beer in the evenings and a party atmosphere from day one, Im sure this events gonna be buzzing!!!! Lets get it on! KEEP THE CHANGE YA FILTHY ANIMAL!
