Hello I have a gecko helmet, its not to bad except for the fact that the pro dytter that I have doesn't fit properly into it. The hole for the audible is too small (I think its supposed to only take a timeout) I have glued 2 small pieces of velcro either side of the audible pouch and I keep it in place my a strip of velcro that goes across the dytter onto these 2 pieces of velcro on either side. Does anybody else have a Gecko and has similar problems? Do you have a better way to secure the dytter? I really wish I had paid the extra £15 and bought a Gath instead. The new ones have a really nice clip with a cover thats made for the pro dytter and pro track and they look better. Thanks

Hello I stay in London and I jump at Hinton which is up near Oxford. Its about 1hr 20 mins on the train from Marylebone Station to Banbury train station and from there its a £12 cab ride. If you live in South London I think its closer to go to Headcorn which is also accessible by train. You can catch a train from Waterloo East to go there, I think its about an hour away. Wow, I think this could really open up a can of worms but I would defintely think that you would need a good few jumps before you could do a base jump. This is just my oppinion though..

Hi Excuse the newbienuss of this post (if there is such a word) I live in the UK and have 34 jumps and have my A license. I was just wondering what I need to be able to do a base jump. I am dead keen!!! Is there X amount of jumps you need & a certain license that you need or a course that you need to go on etc etc.. Any info appreciated,, thanks. M.J

I don't have a problem jumping without an AAD but if I had the money then I would buy one. I am sure its the same for a lot of people. Not many people can fork out money for a rig then go and buy an AAD on top of that. If I had to go and buy a Cypres2 now then it would cost more that my whole rig cost, even second hand ones are expensive. Thats why I think that they shouldn't make it mandatory to have one. M.J

I also have a pair of them, yes mine fog up quite badly as well. I bought some of that anti fog spray, it does work but it doesn't stop them from fogging up completely. I saw somebody at my DZ that had drilled some small holes in the frames to let some air in. I bought a second pair of clear sky eyes and tend to use those more nowadays cause the don't fog up as much. M.J

15K! Thats really high, must have been really great for AFF, So much free fall time, Sweet. When I was doing my AFF I was jumping from about 10000 to 11000 and going up in a 182. It was still awesome though.

You can connect to the other pc by making an administrative connection to it. Lets say you have 2 computers, computer A and computer B. If you want to browse the files on computer B then from computer A, open up a command prompt and type in the following command: net use \\B\ipc$ /u:username password B being the name of the other pc. For the username and password you must use the administrator details for the remote machine. If you reboot you will need type the command again. hope that helps.. M.J

Hey Dave any time frames on when the site will be back up? I have completely exhausted my skydiving clip collection and am dying for some new ones. Luckily video clips don't wear out like tapes cause if they did mine would be toast by now!! thanks Bye

Probably not, don't know of any relatives living out there. I am from South Africa and all my relatives that I know are from S.A. Ye interesting though, Joyner is not a very common surname. M.J
