Hey, Has anyone had trouble when trying to back track? I seriously look like a retarded person. Sometimes I circle around and around and then other times it's just way too steep. Or...if anyone has a pic of a good back track?...looking at how it should be I think would help.

On the way home from a softball game some friends and I were just talking about random things and one of my more retarded ones blurted out..."let's go skydiving!"...so we did.

Did multiple 2-stacks this weekend and 2 3-stacks. Fun stuff. Too bad I won't be able to play for about 3 months cuz I'm stuck here in Missouri.

the other day i was doing a 4 way tracking dive. exit was un-eventful. exit from 10K. about 4,000 feet into the dive i notice a friend pointing at another and then him tracking away. a riser flap had come un-done along with about a foot of steering line and toggle. just danglin behind him. 4th jumper did not notice what was going on so was still tracking with the toggle boy. i watch him pull around 3 after getting clear of the 4th jumper with a pretty crazy opening and hella bad line twists. he did not cutaway and kicked out pretty low. he landed fine and was just pretty shookin up. just thought i'd share. oh yeah jumper had a quasar II with an alpha 104 main. i've seen those riser flaps come un-done before but never toggle out.

Awesome...yeah I've heard it's the Boogie weekend. We're havin a Boogie that same weekend, but Stu, Dan, Gile, and Renfro will all be up with you guys so I figure what the heck. R.A.D....Really Awesome Dude? Yes...hopefully Joe will be too busy...if not, I think I could take him. Seeya this weekend.

Hey boys and girls. Just curious on peoples opinions on the two containers. Infinity is local. I could get a better deal on the Wings. Also, I've heard Wings has some birdman options which is something I will be hopefully doing a lot. What are the bad and good things for both?

Hey boys and girls. Just thought I say wingsuits freakin rule. Made 4 jumps this weekend. Was averaging 61-62. It is hella cool. ManBird is freakin hilarious as well. Very original with his word choice. I think I owe him a dead-bear footrub. Anywho, I will soon buy a suit a rule the world. Later.

OK...I sent my container back to Strong a couple months ago for some up-dates. Hard housing, riser tuck tabs, reserve inspection and re-pack...etc. They also added "flingers". I didn't know what they were nor did anyone at my DZ. Well, I had a cutaway July 1st and got to see what they were talking about. It's basically bendable metal strips about 1 inch wide and 5 inches long. They are sewn onto the side flaps of the reserve. They basically keep the side flaps completely open and have to be bent back shut when it's time to close up the reserve. I was just wondering if any other places do this and how new it is. I have a Quasar II container. Other containers like mine do not have these "flingers". I think I might be Strong's test dummy. But it's cool cuz the reserve totally worked awesome. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

So yeah...I guess I just thought I'd write about my first cutaway today. It was my second jump of the day, jump number 292. I fly a Impulse 120 and have a Stellar 120 reserve. Jumped at 4K. Tossed at 3K, came out as normal, grabbed risers then looked up and right then my canopy spun up. Tried kicking and would dive to right. Stopped kicking and canopy would spin up more, tried twisting out again and dive again, fuck it, cutaway around 2, was thrown onto back spinning, god dammit i threw my handle, went to belly and for some retarded reason threw reserve handle as well. stellar came out quick but was nice. couldn't see my main but saw freebag and pilot chute. did some practice flares. stand up landing. a friend found my main and my rigger found my pilot chute and freebag. lost both handles. :(. now i have bruise on right cheek. not sure what from but i felt something hit it when i went to belly and pulled my reserve. i think i'm more pissed off that i threw the handles. well that's my story. thanks to Strong for reserve working.

OK...so I guess I just though I'd look and see how people here that have gone to school paid for it. Find weird jobs? Loans? Parents help out? Just curious.
