    You are very generous. There are a lot of people who got ARM's and are now struggling to make their mortgage payment. It's sad really, that people don't realize what a world of trouble they can get themselves in with an ARM. Of course, not over-extending yourself helps.

    Anyone, man or woman, who expects anything at all on Valentine's Day is a bit high maintinence if you ask me. One should not expect gifts, one should be thankful if they get one. But yes, a card and maybe dinner would be nice.

    I fractured my 5th metatarsal on my left foot about a year ago. I had a cast on for a week and couldn't take it anymore. I had it taken off before my foot was totally healed. It's healed alright, certain positions hurt to put it in but for the most part it's fine.

    Sure thing. In the future when you want to make a link, under the message box there is a "url" button. Click it, enter the link, and click it again. It will automatically enter the open and closing brackets to make it a link.
