It is important to know about these things. I know a guy who didn't know about the G8 meetings in Canada a few years ago. When he tried to drive though with a car full of pot he was rather dismayed when every car was being stopped and the dogs applied. Yep even bomb dogs will notice that much dope. Even drug mules need to keep up on current events.

Hagndaaz Vanilla with real maple syrup. Not too much syrup mind you, no not that much, well OK.
-
Umm, that's OK, the honour should be yours.

Never seen anything like it. Where do they grow? Can you eat them?

Maybe he is worried that the world is about to end. You know with the polar ice caps melting and all Dont worry your local liberal moderators are about to step in and protect your iignorant ass from having to see this. Ohh and PM sent Or maybe he is 16 and doesn't want to wait 'till some people think they should when clearly some centres do train people at age 16.

I just use a flow. After I tighten up I review the jump with my passenger, check the four attachments, tighten the chest strap, loosen the belly band, check the leg straps, the student handle, the instructor handle, the cutaway, the reserve handle, and finally my drogue.

Don't listen to him. If your parents are supportive then just go to Lodi and have a blast. Bill and Cathy are wonderful people. They have been around skydiving forever. If they want to train 16yr olds then go for it. We would happily train you, but we're a couple of thousand miles away.

True social reform takes a little time, Bill. That's true. I think over time Californians will reap that which they have sown. British Columbia has had gay marriage for five years (today as it turns out) and the results are stark. The forests are being eaten by a plague, flooding in Vancouver has been rampant, the cherry crop is way down this year. Don't be surprised if bird flu ruins the upcoming Olympics. People just refuse to listen to reason.

Yes. There are three in California. Check the tunnel forum for the one nearest you. PS Stick with Skyventure tunnels also known as Ifly.

Do think a jump pilot has a reason to be angry when this happens?

I have seen a lot of drogues that stick out of the pocket. This is from the packer packing it too long for the pocket and pushing it down. It looks fine when the packer puts it on the shelf but then expands and starts being exposed. The TM examines the rig, pushes the drogue down and puts it on. By the time he reaches the plane it is out again. -
Sell the debt to some local motorcycle enthusiasts. The history of organized crime always starts with honest citizens not having official justice available.

Spend some time in the tunnel whether or not you take AFF now or wait. It is very effective, and cost effective training.

Ya, my point was to embarrass them, not to win. But I know what you mean about being careful about such tactics in a rural area.

And you're using this to refute the premise that we are in trouble? -
Our dropzone has five dogs that run loose in the packing hangar and out. Most of them walk across the lines while we are packing. One of them, the 135lb rotti likes to lie down on your lines. We love them all. The only people who have problems with the dogs are one couple. They each have a dog and dislike each other's. When other dogs show up they tend to be kept in line by the old rotti. She doesn't take shit. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Not completely sure but if you lodge a complaint with the guy's name on it they may be more obligated to do something. If that doesn't work try a small claims case against the dept. The cost of defending financially and politically will outweigh the cost of doing their job so they might act.

Wood. Maybe some old furniture.

Most economists would disagree. The M1, M2, M2+, M3 etc. are the commonly accepted measures of the money supply, and all contain money "created" by financial institutions. The M0 (a straight count of the dollar bills in circulation) is not generally used for much.

As a foreigner I am not that unhappy with the candidates. Yes Obama is an "eat the rich" socialist and McCain is probably too old to really move with the changing international realities, but I really do believe that they are both men of high integrity. Either will be a large improvement over the war criminal you have in the seat now.

Correct. The system that would seem logical to Americans would be to add two reserve banks to the Federal reserve system. The Federal Reserve Bank of Mexico City and the Federal Reserve Bank of Toronto. This would not be acceptable to either gov unless there were caveats such as: The chairman of the (con)federal Reserve shall rotate between appointees of the three countries. Can you see congress allowing Mexico City to appoint the Chairman of the Fed?
-
That isn't 100% accurate. Money created when a lending institution makes a loan is just as real as the little green pieces of paper. The money created by US banks is regulated by the US gov. This was more so in the 60s and 70s than now and the lack of oversight by American or European govs was one of the principle reasons the Eurodollar accounts were set up. The success of these accounts was a contributing factor in the deregulation of the banking industry in the eighties. It was tough for the legislators to claim that cash reserve limits were necessary for stability of the system when a large part of it worked nicely without them.

A recession is usually needed to smarten them up. Don't know where you might find one of those do you?
