  1. Hey Faber! Get well soon! Next time we will jump night 2-way from that antenna) I promise.) Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  2. Risers flaps and the upper-pin flap were always different. And the corners were also very simple... but speaking of subject -- Atmosphere has sussesfully passed the FF test. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  3. Not the only one. Atmosphere was tested in head-down from an aircraft... but it's pretty much look's like Gargoyle Between two evils always pick theone never tried

    When do you pull?

When i touch my personal 'red line'. That means the real "red line" (minimal altitude enough for opening) plus the personal "extra" altitude. in general the personal red line feeling is: i fall down, i pull, thinking "s**t! it's too late!!!" while opening, i'm opened and then i understand that i still have my comfortable extra altitude. True for any delays. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  6. Excuse me for posting this again but i do need the contacts: Last summer (end of june) in Norway in Lysebothn campgroung i met an american crew -- three women (they jumped 3-way from #6) and a man. All of them.... aaa... middleaged. They stayed in brown cottage behing the white house. The guy filmed me and norwegian Karina jumping aerial/filming 2-way from "#6 divingboard". He filmed us from #6 "running exit". Karina did multiple fronts, she was wearing white and blue stuff, i was wearing rasta -- green-red-yellow stuff and filming her.... NTSC footage i wirewired the next day while whose women and Avery and Jay and others were watching movies in a brown cottage. If it was your footage or you know who was that -- please PLEASE PM me. I need the permission. And i need the name to replace "american guy" in "credits". THANKS. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  7. I jump Troll MDV and after the last norwegian trip i bought the small-mesh slider. Guess why.) Haven't tried it yet and i'm not sure i will because the opening are just very hard but not too hard. But i do have a "black-out" experience on openings. No problemsa with the sub-terminals. So probably i will switch to small mesh slider if i go jumping something terminal alone and the extra-quick opening won't be that neccesary. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  8. Hey everybody! A couple of weeks ago i promised to send a copy of "Female Outlook on BASE" to some of you. I remember that. But I've been quiet busy for the past three weeks -- jumping everyday, twice a day sometimes, moving my friends to the hospitals after accidents (damn junkies, it's hard to find a company for the jump now -- they all're injured!), visiting them daily.... finally i got a flu (bird flu?) myself... so i simply didn't have time to burn&print... I will do that really soon and i bet you'll get your copy before the summer trips start. Thank you! See ya soon Lee Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  9. I got a flu and i'm bored, so may i join?

  11. i know another basejumper who started then he was 16
  12. Sometimes your helmet can help -- sure if it's simple (snowbarding lookalike) helmet, not the one with camera box and eye rings. Nobody will look at your helmet carefully -- you're wearing it so you have some businness there. I remember a couple of jumps than the way to the roof was shown to us by the regular worker.
  13. The one with the red hair, left of Jimmy. I knew that! I like the way she looks...cute teenage chick.... mmm... say my hello than you'll see her.
  14. Just curiosity: who of those two girls is Clair? (sorry for asking but i'm just too much interested) Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  15. I have jumped from 10 objects in my city. (only the "easy-access") Can list another 10 B that are opened yet and well know. Plus cranes.... Plus the objects opened by a dozen of very active jumpers of the past and present times. ... i guess the total number is about 50 objects (mostly cranes+buildings). 16. You cannot see this on the picture because it was caused not by the body position, but, right, every jumper on that load had 90 to the left -- side wind.)))) Between two evils always pick theone never tried

Thank you, my friends! I wish i'll see all of you really soon and what i gonna do then is to film you!
  19. I think here's another jumper who needs to know that..;. Never considered my jump #70 as cliff strike but others did.... The same shit happened. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  20. I voted "Other". I have 190+ BASE, from 40 objects: -- i've not have an object strike. -- 6 or 7 times i had 180s (on antennas, smokestacks and cliffs), but the really scary things happened then i had less than 120: -- i had about 90 degrees offheading but on a low cliff at night and that was not so easy to avoid it, i guess the vents and and proper brake setting helped. That happend on my 70th jump. -- another 90 degrees happened then i had about 150 jumps on a terminal wall that was positive. I'm still wondering how did i avoid the strike. I guess that my canopy, my brake setting and luck helped. -- one canopy strike on slider-off jump on jump #120 -- one body strike (in freefall) some 20 or 30 jumps later. Speaking about offheadings -- for me it's easy to predict one or to figure out what caused the offheading (i speak about my jumps only). The #1 in my own "Why this happened?" is body position. 21. It's just the common conditions for the winter time here. The local crowd of jumpers is really active especially in stowed slider-down but i've never heard about a hesitation caused by temperature. I had a pc hesitation once because the PC was slightly wet and freezed. Between two evils always pick theone never tried
  22. I've been smiling while watching it
  23. Hey all! Here is another x-mas present for you.
