Sounds like my set up. Only my problem isn't not being able to sleep well...it is just prying my hands of the computer to go to bed in the first place!! That's great that you figure that out. I have heard that sort of thing before. Sleep well

Melatonin. It is an herb. You can purchase it at Walgreens or any other drug store, I suppose. My daughter has had insomnia for months with headaches she's been having. Her neurologist recommended it. The first night she got drowse and fell asleep quickly but did not have a restful nights sleep. The second night she slept better than she has in the past 6 months. By the 4th night she was able to sleep without it. This evening she took one about 30 min before bedtime and when she went to bed she was out instantly. Give it a try. Another Herb that was recommend to me was Valerian. I bought that for her in case the other one didn't work, but she hasn't tried it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ earthbound misfit

Finally got my copy of "Fly Like A Pro"

I'm making a collection. I have Fly like a Pro and Pack like a Pro Have watched "Fly" but not "packed" (I'm not to that stage of my AFF either) I have Breakaway.. I found that one really interesing. Gave me a better idea of what a MAL looks like and how the cut away is performed. I also have Skydive 150 Basic Canopy Flight I haven't had a chance to watch it. And SkyU's Basic Body Flight Theory. I watched part of that one. A friend gave me Kinesthesia. That's pretty good... And for pure enjoyment I have Dive In! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ earthbound misfit -
