  1. My current rig is a mirage G3. I am looking at getting another one but what I do not know and see no pictures of, is what is Unisyn? Why might I want it? Is it worth the extra money? Not even sure if my current rig has it or not because I do not know what I am looking for. Feeling like an idiot here. Can someone help a dumbass out?
  2. I did it! Woohoo - I AM A COWBOY! - Yeeeeeeehaaaw! Anyone know a cure for broken pecker sindrome?
  3. That's so wrong on so many levels I can't even count 'em.
  4. here I'LL make it clicky for myself www.kurupee.com
  5. Um and what then if the other guy guy decides to be a race fan or decides that he wants to go to Florida and have a holiday in Deland or Daytona? THen no planes in the air again and you will have to change your vote again next time. Here, vote for a deaf, blind mute who has lost all feeling in all of his skin and then you won't have to worry about him having any reason to come to Deland! hahahahahahahaha . . . . . .
  6. You go win that lottery and don't forget those of us who tried to help. Not asking for much, just enough money to get 500 jumps by the end of the summer.

No SGT Marshall, as you can see, a thread that was meant to be positive will, by those who are determined to find something wrong with anything that anyone says, inevitably end up with its negatives. I say turn it into a toxic swamp just to piss people off. Better yet build a big ass dropzone with loud ass planes.
  8. Yeah I saw those but they do not have my camouflage colors. How do you all like Tony Suits freefly suits? I am especially interested in hearing from you fast fallers that needed help slowing down.
  9. Paige, When I was living in Florida I was a Union Insulator in Local 60. We had less than 500 members and we had our own retirement plan within the Union. Everyone paid dues and they contracted with the different companies to pay a certain amount per hour into the Union Pension Plan for the union employees. The Union local has an elected group in charge and as of 97 when I left the union they had well over 8 million in the fund. I see no reason why we could not do the same thing with the USPA. It will take a while to get it done but we could make it happen. There is a wide range of expertise within our ever expanding community. I guess all I am saying is I agree with you. Damn I am a long winded SOB.
  10. Okay, so I ordered my Bonehead Havoc and my Neptune Atli and my Pilot 210 all yesterday. Now I am looking at a freefly suit (already got my Bev Suit RW). Here's the problem. I am a huge fan of my beloved Suckeyes, I mean Buckeyes. Don't care how bad they get, I love them. And Since I am ordering all myown new custom stuff, I want it all to be Scarlet and Grey with hints of white and black. Nobody seems to have anything wild enough to work for me. I can get plain ole red, grey, white and black sections but I want something like a red suit with patches of the posted picture on the extremities or even Red and grey Tie Dye. Can anyone help me out here? Which Company is best able to find or use fabric that is not in their normal color lists? See attached pic for idea of what I want.
  11. Well after asking around and doing a little research I just bought myself a Pilot 210! What the hell was I thinking? Now I have more canopies than I have jumps! Well not really but damn, what was I thinking? Hey can anyone tell me how long it will take Aerodyne to send my canopy? They did not say when I ordered it and so I have know idea when to expect it. CUSTOM CANOPY OF ALL MY OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wife is gonna kill me. I just know it. What do I give her for Valentine's to make up ofr it.
  12. Thank you thank you thank you thank you! Something we can disagree on! I think many of us do care about affairs. It is a sign to the CHARACTER of the person. I do not trust a man who is not trusted by his wife. She nkows him better than anybody and if she cannot trust him how can we. I dare you to tell a potential mate that noone cares about affairs, that people have them and its no big deal. Go on, I DARE ya!
  13. Listen to Phree and Skymama. There is no reason you cannot have a low limit credit card to establish a good credit history. I use mine to buy my gas and then pay it off at the end of month when the bill comes. (Except the past month I have used them to buy gear but I paid them off again.) This will establish good credit and you are only spending it on what you would have spent cash on already. AS long as you do not go and spend the actuall cash and just use it to pay the card you will have no problem. Of course by doing this they will start increasing your credit very rapidly after about six months. You can just refuse the credit increase and keep your low limit thereby keeping yourself out of trouble. You will need that credit established when it comes to time to buy a house or a car. I understand your fear of going crazy with credit. I did in my 20's and it has taken me 10 years to recover financially. I learned the hard way how to take care of my credit. Establishing good credit can be done with small limit credit cards and that will keep you out of trouble.
  14. I just paid mine off (both of them) yesterday and I paid a little too much on one and they called and said that I cannot overpay my account or they will put a freeze on it and I won't be able to use it until the overpay is eaten up. What the shit is that? How can I make it go down if I cannot charge to it? And who ever heard of a company getting pissed off if you pay too much? Guess they really want that interest.

Sorry that some people cannot take the spirit of you thread and run with it. Some people just have to be negative no matter what and that is sad. 1. I love the social diversity of this country. I love the fact that I am a white male who grew up in a Cuban family and that they consider as much Cuban as themselves yet still maintain my own racial identity. I love that I can go to another part of thiscountry and experience a culture vastly different from t he one I grew up in and yet still feel at home. 2. I love the country itself. I love the Blue Ridge, Smokies and Rockies and yet at the same time, to walk along the coast of Florida and smell the salt in the air and taste it in everybreath makes my blood boil. 3. I love our history, good and bad. It is what makes this a great country. Though we are young in comparison our history is a testiment to human tenacity and triumph. I love the character of the many men and women who made this country what it is today, even the shady side of their characters. 4. I love that we have a Bill of Rights that cannot be taken away without our consent and that as long as we cherish the freedoms within it we will never relinquish them. 5. Our Flag, whose colors each have meaning, whose stripes tell some history and whose stars shine brightly. I still get chills when I see it flying in the breeze. 6. I love that if I disagree with my government I can verbally blast it and they cannot touch me. But I also love that if I am to make any positive change that it will require something of myself other than shallow rhetoric to make that change a reality. 7. The people. The American spirit. The idea that we do not take crap from anybody and that if we do, we prove as tenacious and resilient as those who came before us, to not let this country fall. That is the real victory in 9/11. We never let the dream of America falter. 8. Miami, Fl; Las Angeles, California; NYC, NY; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois. 9. Wildwood, Fl; 29 Palms, California; Blacksburg, Virginia; Genoa, Ohio; 10. Capitalism, the American dream, most American movies (some I wish would have never benn made), Ice Cream, girl's little league softball, boys optimist football, hotdogs, peanut butter, buffalo wings, imported beer, domestic beer, California wines, the dropzones, American ingeneuity and the fact that we touch two oceans and surround almost half a gulf.
  16. Well until a few weeks ago I exited at 240 on my 230. Now I exit at 230 on my 230 and hope to lighter still in a few more weeks. (lost 10lbs the past 6 weeks- halway to my goal.) I am keeping it conservative and will not jump less than a 200 but prefer a 210. Anyone got a used Pilot 210 I might buy?
  17. That is one of the reason I like my Hornet. It has color coded attach points too. Man that thing is so much easier to flake!
  18. Heya Chica! 1. Call Me at the house. 2. Wife got settlement offer and I am thinking NEW RIG!
  19. This is so true. Side story here My brother, (NYDC), when he was a junior in High school began dating a girl that we found out was "connected". She would do some really wild stuff. When she began to get too wild he tried to break it off. She threatened to blow off his kneecaps with a shotgun. To get away he joined the Coast Guard. Hmm . . . I wonder if there is still a price on his head? I want a second rig.
  20. I think it's more life in a society that believes all men are abusive assholes and deprives them of due process Damnit Benny! Stop saying things that make sense! Man, now I have to agree with you again! You are really pissing me off!
  21. Actually I have a morning ritual. I take my travel mug and put five teaspoons of sugar. Then I pour it half full of coffee. Then I grab the milk and pour just enough to cool it to cooler then drinkable. Then fill the rest with hot coffee. That makes the coffee just a little too warm and then I put the lid on, go to the fridge and grab the Orange Juice and drink several swallos right out of the carton. (My OJ - I can do that ) Then I drink my coffee on the way to work. There, that answer your question?
  22. I think they should just both wip out their peckers and we elect the one who has the biggest volume. No wait, better Idea. We drain all their blood and place it in shot glasses and whoever has the most shots wins!
