Of course I did. May I ask what they use them for? They are junk for hunting and, in my opinion, home defense. Also, the verdict is in and Kyle Rittenhouse is also law abiding as are every other vigilante and school and concert shooter still waiting their turn. To be direct, the law abiding trope is beyond tedious at this stage. If we are going to accept that every trained vet should be exempt from giving up pretend war weapons (now with bump stocks allowed), as you just did, the numbers alone defeat any chance at serious gun control. That's not really moderate from a societal perspective, seems to me.

I'll state it again, we do not need SCOTUS to think for us: if you have an AR-15 or similarly useless pretend Army gun, be a part of the solution and ditch it. Save the arguments, save the drawn out interpretations, save it all and just look at the pictures of some kids murdered with those stupid weapons and know you did the right thing.

I hope you are correct, absolutely, but even typing in all caps won't add to the likelihood. Biden isn't Rocky Balboa and anyone planning for a knock out blow this Thursday might be disappointed. The sad truth is that average voters, as a whole, ain't too sharp, a fact made that much worse from them getting spoon fed filtered, biased news from social media sources. Simply stated, they won't know what they think of the debate, or anything else for that matter, until they are told. A serious Biden misstep or lapse can get so blown out of proportion that Trump will win by default. In my view, Biden's advisors should all be head doctors prepping him to trigger a madman attack rather than trying to show Biden off as younger than he looks, a better statesman, and that he is much better qualified on the issues. That might work, seems to me: make the bastard cork. -
A good reason to avoid facebook, too. Some possible good news though is that maybe the idea that sorting through piles of horse shit for a pony isn’t as grand an idea as was presented and we’ll get back to reading and rightfully being annoyed by the opinions of others.

It's stunning how some folks here get so twitterpated over a Pennsylvania house dad who seems desperately short on topics to discuss. There are some fried brain posters here that need blocking, and more, but I just don't think Brent so qualifies. This is a low participation backwoods blog not a peer reviewed publication so who cares if Brent sings the same song every day?

Even buying your premise requires believing there is a constituency in favor of more Jesus for everyone, like it or not,: and there is, hence the ability to even get to a law that is an obvious affront to the separation of Church and State. They have the Supreme Court and enough weight now in Congress and will jam it down our throats whenever they see a chance. So yes, we've already lost.

But it’s not functioning and by all evidence wasn’t designed to do so. It can’t be blamed on the Republicans, either. The chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee is a Democrat with a democratic majority who cowers in his corner like a whipped dog lest he offend tradition and an obviously radicalized Supreme Court. The only thing exceptional about America is our inability to reach down and pull our pants up from our ankles. What a shit show.
