Oh, good, Act Blue has sorted out another way to get some coin. A couple hundred thousand angry retired teachers, and similar, spread out over 50 states waving cutesy signs in defense of their pensions and lost public employment ain't the ticket, methinks. I know you are a serious guy and don't shrink from putting your money and time behind what you believe, more than the most of us for sure, and that I respect. I'm just not sure Act Blue is the right organization; we need warriors not worriers and I don't see that they've produced.

I'll wait to see if the currently $160 a pair Nikes I wear now increase by much, same with the Apple products I use. Seems to me that both companies long ago priced according to the most the consumer will pay for the brand, not according to value.
-
Sure, but thank the currently popular deity that we don’t have that certified idiot Harris at the helm passing out generational wealth in the form of Gay reparations to any self identified them.
-
Because it's just more useless opposition symbolism it is, well, as useless as a drum roll and a few more chants of Blue Wave, Blue Wave! So what that four self serving assholes saw more value their reelections by making a vote that goes nowhere and does nothing. The Democrats need to obstruct, obstruct, and obstruct some more all while telling the country that the whole mess is the fault of Dumb Ass Trump and his enabling Republicans in the house and senate. Unfortunately Bookers leadership will likely be soon forgotten.

Proving that physicists can be funny, CERN scientists have claimed discovery of quantum entanglement in sheep.

And you are right, absolutely. The sad reality however is that racists got us here, by and large. The only real chance, beyond martial law, that Trump has of a third term is by running as vice-president. Unless his brand is severely damaged in between now and then, and even that's a cold comfort at best, the cult will again be out in force. We need some 6-8% of them to win. Just the way it is now, offensive that it may be.
-
Except the assholes are happy about it: collateral damage is all the poor bastard is and the clear message in this and all else they do now is be careful and stay quiet or you could be next.
-
Ralph was out of date and should have quit 35 years ago.
-
Horseshit. It's El Salvador, give a bag of money and get him back now.
-
It doesn't work for me and the reason is obvious: too many racists won't give him a look. They are empowered now, a fact we ignore at our peril. The Democrats were stupid to run a black women against the biggest political threat of our lifetimes knowing the risks and the risks are even more severe now. We need to leave our better selves behind, hold our noses, and pick someone acceptable to at least a small percentage of the bubbas.
-
All according to the playbook too many are too slow to see being used as a template. Just because they're evil doesn't mean they are too stupid to have studied what works. The public will need to rise up to fix this, I fear. Hey, I know! Seeing as how our retired Special Forces folks are too busy deploring the situation maybe I can get all of us retired Arizona Challenge jumpers to march on USPA Headquarters. That'll show we're serious.
-
Didn’t Trump tell his cult that they’d only need to vote one more time?
-
I'll hit my studies again, but like the 2nd Amendment, the right to vote seems a matter of court cases not explicit language like freedom of speech or religion for examples. So as long as precedents are respected things will seem as they do. That said, if it weren't a right by precedent and evolution then why would this bill have been introduced in 2021? BILLS-117s2615is.pdf
-
That's nice. So any anybody given the right by another document gets mopped in if they're 18 and some color. Please direct my attention to the part in the Constitution of the USA that explicitly does enshrine a right to vote.
-
Should? Even the part that doesn't enshrine a right to vote?
-
And who is Ventzi Nelson? Well they/them are a Keyboard/Singer type with a Bulgarian name. No matter any Trump slam is good by me.

What was his pull altitude? -
Rumor control has it that Ralph flew a load a week or so back.

Don’t forget she was also triangulating. She maneuvered Bill into the Presidency just so he could get blown and she’d become President some day. If that’s not evil then what is?!
-
Who wouldn’t conclude that because rivers flowed downhill money wouldn’t also? Absolutely brilliant.
-
I won't argue that idiots might be credentialed or have certifications, I just don't think she's one. The definitions of DEI are an amorphous blob at this stage so I'll only say that I think the idea is good even the application might be messy. I worry more about tariffs on French wine than I do about the national debt, but that's me. And no way do I give the shitheads a pass on how they are going about undoing the so called damage. I'd much rather have taken take my chances kicking the can down the road again.

All gigglers aren’t idiots. Beyond that we’re both just guessing. I further guess she’d be far less susceptible to being bamboozaled by Putin and would likely have over compensated by installing actual competent people in her cabinet and would have listened to her military leaders. I further guess the market wouldn’t be crashing and democracy in America wouldn’t be trembling. Also if Sotomayor keels over the Supreme Court wouldn’t automatically go to 7-2.

I'm thinking infect the little nippers with HIV to help shrink their brains to counter the swelling from measles. Then a couple of weeks of yoga and a regimen of glucosamine with a chondroitin buffer and it will be over as soon as summer comes.
-
And I'm sure the actual recipient list has been divulged by Hegseth et al. and we know certainly that no other breaches happened. None of this would have happened were Jill Stein elected.
-
That's my guess, too. And I have zero sympathy for anyone who voted for Trump now being harmed. Actually, less than zero.
