1 blown subwoofer:2:0 Erk, thanks for the fun dives, and especially the pics. Now PM me the link to the RAW files so I can download them, bitchass. Had a great weekend at Skydive Dallas, got to see a lot of old faces I hadn't seen in awhile. My subwoofer decided to let the magic smoke out on the drive home though. I'm not having good luck with subs, home or car it would seem, in the last few weeks. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

No, the humor belongs in The Bonfire. This forum is for topical subjects. The question he asked about the type of mal was quite valid. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™ -
Yup, what EFS said. Your legs are all over the place and it would appear that the TM was working on nulling out the turn you were inducing.

Just checking to see if anyone was reading. I do have an alien head on my closet shelf. His name is Herman.

I forget where I heard this one, but it goes something like: After a particularly bad landing, an instructor was overheard saying to a student, "That landing would have been perfect if you'd finished it by catching on fire and exploding." If we were true herbivores we wouldn't have canine teeth and our tooth enamel would be a hell of a lot thicker than it is now. We also wouldn't have easily developed a tolerance to meat and the ability to deigest and harness that protein either.

What's the most you have ever spent on sunglasses?

I once shelled out $230 for a pair of Oakley Juliets, but they were too heavy for my taste so I returned them. I'm now on my 2nd pair of Oakley Minutes. I paid about $130 a pair for them and it's the best pair of shades I've ever owned. -

It's subsidized by my employer. If I had to pay for it entirely it would be closer to $370 a month. I'm with Community Care insurance through them. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

You'll pay it yourself? I know someone who has over $680,000 in medical bills that, thankfully, their insurance took care of. My insurance would, and my premium is only about $95 a month. By your math, if I pocketed that $95 and put it towards paying off that kind of bill it would only take me, oh, 596 years to make it right. Pablo is good people and definitely fun to party with. Glad to hear he hooked you up.

A famous example of price fixing is Bose. Bose speakers aren't allowed to be "on sale" for less than their retail price, and the prices are fixed by region. What you pay at a mom & pop audio store is what you'll pay at Best Buy or a high-end boutique store. edited to add: Apple is notorious for their fixed pricing as well.
