I think the odds of survival for the sub are quite high, at least up until the point it gets its missile payload launched. It's a big coast and they don't necessarily have to be close to launch. The numbers of those who don't make it are probably higher than you think, Wendy. Been there, done that, lost the love of my life, my late fiancé, while she was awaiting a kidney & pancreas transplant. As for whether the convicted deserve transplants, I believe that answer is yes. I think it's high-time that everyone realized that we are all human and we are all deserving of basic, fundamental rights. Chief among those is unbiased access to medical care. From what I've heard, the Aggie kit won't be ready until next year. However, there is the non-listed "bling-bling" option that comes with fake gold trim on the nose, fake gold-chain for the suspension & control lines, a 4" drop, and a riser-koozee that will hold your favorite 40oz malt-liquor beverage of choice. Actually, the "I" signature that is required for those sections can be signed off by an AFF, S/L, or IAD Instructor. Not sure about a tandem I, but I believe they can sign as well... Congrats! I have a 98 GSX-R750 that I'm rebuilding right now. I picked it up for $1500 from a buddy that wanted to scrap it because of some engine work that needed to be done. In the mean time, I've already done the jet-kit and thrown a new pipe & headers, alarm, and some other goodies on. I'm redoing the paint in royal purple, silver and white. Until that's fixed, I have a 99 Ninja ZX-7R that a friend is letting my babysit for the next year while he's playing in the sandbox overseas.
