Damn, you are bored. Sunshine, to make your time more productive, while refraining from actually doing work, please do the following: 1) Get a big styrofoam cup. 2) Walk around your office, begging for money. 3) Send me the money. Thanks!
-
Well, damn, that narrows it down.
-
So does AggieDave, but how the hell do you utilize that much natural gas?
-
I'll do yours if you do mine. That sounds really bad coming from a married guy, even if it was about job evaluations.
-
You seem to have a pretty thorough understanding of work. See, Dave just needs to get himself an office and a regular paycheck, so he can carry on his postwhoring with financial security.
-
Don't worry. You'll get the hang of it sooner or later. Either that or you'll be the bum I walk by and don't give any change to.

She could be embarrassed by her c-section scar or something. Other than that, I can't think of anything, unless she had the baby very recently, in which case there could be issues with healing muscles. I'm sure things will be fine. Please report back and let us know how it goes, when it happens.
-
Nope. I postwhore at work.
-
Yup. The federal government was closed for two days. Like that made any difference.
-
Backup gas generator. Duh! Running two fridge/freezers and the fish tank.
-
Okay, who still has no electricity at home after the hurricane?

As a side note, real pearls should be worn periodically. The oil from the skin helps keep the pearls lustrous. So, might as well just do some "maintenance" on the jewelry and enjoy it at the same time.
-
Okay. Who else was amused by Bill using that terminology? Not that it was inaccurate, but it just struck me as funny coming from him.
-
Ah, the good old days.

Scarily, I more agree with Dave than most of the other posters here. The current crop of hyper-exotics aren't that sexy. Fast, yes. Powerful, yes. But not that sexy. Sexy requires curves and class. I'm thinking old Jaguars, Ferraris and such. Not the new angular ones. The same way on the "Sexy Plane" poll, I had to go with the Spitfire and disagree with the folks who suggested the SR-71. It is an awesome plane, but not sexy.

Someone needs to get out more.

Nope. They are known for their dikes, among other things. Intepret that as you will.

The reason your progress has stalled is that damned "Maggie Moose Learns to Read" book. Nobody should have given you a picture book like that. -
I would recommend Dell over Gateway. Gateway is really struggling financially, and may not last in the home PC market. They are transitioning into other things, because Dell is just killing them. Dell has great website support for drivers, configs and such. Their live tech support is okay, but honestly, I've rarely needed them. At work, we order Dell computers with the minimum warranty, because the odds are that if it works out of the box, it will work for years. Just don't screw the system up yourself. Keep your anti-virus and MS pathes up to date, and you'll be good to go.

You always say that to hide your partial illiteracy. You are up to an elementary school level. Your effort and progress are things to take pride in. -
It could have to do something with the auction fee being a formula that includes the listing price and the selling price. Something like that.
-
I hope they come out great. Congrats, you two!

The first editions weren't as much. Evidently, they often sold for like $50. But the publisher went bust and they are out of print. They have been rising in value on the used market, such as eBay and used bookstores.
-
Umm... Reserve price set at $400
-
The original is long out of print. The new version (limited edition) is selling for $427. Yikes. If it was remotely affordable, I'd pick up a copy. As it is, I'll have to pass. I can splurge some, but not that much.
