It's the tap root from a plant called "chicory" that is related to lettuces. You roast the root and use it in place of coffee beans. People did this during WWII when coffee bean import was scarce. Folks in New Orleans still drink Chicory coffee but now we just blend the chicory in with the coffee beans. It's strong shiznit. YES MA'AM!!! Yeah, I would speak to a doctor, but that sounds kind of like you did something to a nerve...that is just a guess...otherwise...I would ice...and gently stretch...if it continues...you will definitely have to speak to a doc...(which sucks, I KNOW!!!!) I had to go through 3 1/2 months of physical therapy and my parents made me quit after my junior year...poo......Hope everything works out ok...!!!!

Well, unlike most people, I dreamed that I bounced... I was randomly doing a base jump, off a cliff I might add, and my chute didn't deploy and I promptly bounced...the weirdest part of this dream is that I have never been on a base jump before and I woke up from the pressure of feeling the ground on one side...freaky and weird...that one made me stay up for a while... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Fly the friendly skies...^_^...})ii({...^_~... -

Oooooh...those were the days...I had a coach that I dubbed "Hitler" because the man had us swimming full workouts at the very beginning of the season (almost 10k), and we did dry land everyday of a meet and of course Saturdays..what joy!!...Try doing some T2000s where you put your goggles on, hit the water and do a full 2000m without stopping...those always wore everyone out......then we would finish the workout...man this brings back memories...and despite the fact that I had to quit because of a frozen shoulder, I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!! Some recommendations, since you are a fly person(no pun intended) Pull sets, pull buoys, and lots of dolphin/flutter kick sets...some flyers I have met have a terrible kick!! Keep the weight work going hardcore...and tons of push-ups...we usually did over a 100 of different kinds, diamonds, knuckle, clapping hands...man those hurt!! P.S.
