    a lot of the countries over there are smaller than most of our states. From what I've seen, they're more diverse, though.

    Yep. If it is an individual I would HIGHLY recommend against running a one-man strike. You're just going to get fired. If you're with a union, that changes things.

    Lynda Carter... that's a new one... I look like wonder woman! hehe. thanks! I've also heard Nicole Kidman (back when my hair was strawberry blonde). I laughed my ass off about that, but I heard it from around ten people, so I dunno. I've also heard I look like Eliza Dushku (she played Faith on Buffy the vampire slayer) in this picture. Sorry for the bad quality pic, but its a photo of a photo because I didn't want to drag out the scanner. Also added a pic of Eliza for comparison.

    I did have to counter with the left toggle. I just took a wrap around my hand and then, just reaching across to the opposite riser to undo the knot was enough to get it to fly fairly straight.

    LOL. Mine got about a 2 hour notice... They'd known for months I was looking for a new job. The reason was the boss was an ass. The reason I gave them was financial. I got the call offering me the job I wanted. I accepted, and went and told my old manager. I gave him a week. Then, later that day, he completely went off on me because he broke a leasing law (bigtime problem!) and I pointed it out (tactfully!) and he completely blew up and was screaming at me. I realized I didn't have to take that shit anymore, because I had somewhere new to go, so I called my new job and asked if I could start on monday. they said the sooner the better. So, I waited til the end of the day, since I didn't need any more psycho-boss tirades, and handed him my keys and told him that the new job called and needed me for some budget stuff that next monday, so I was going to have to leave early, and thanks, buh-bye.

    no, Iowa and Idaho are in different time zones and people still get them mixed up. When I was a kid I used to mix up Maui and Malibu. big difference there.
