If you vary your diet enough, you don't need these. Flax seed is easy enough to add to salads, yogurt or stews. As far as great recipes, Vegetarian Times has great stuff. Dunno if they have a website that lists recipes or not, but it was a great magazine to read. Gets you to try some really funky, and good tasting stuff!

I went 8 years without eating things that contained geletin (which comes from the lining of pigs stomach)... its not that hard, and one shouldn't be ridiculed for that. Being vegetarian is a choice - and a darn good one if you can stick with it and eat what your supposed to. I loved being a lacto-ovo vegetarian, gave me a good food appreciation. Jen Arianna Frances

You probably will When I took ice skating lessons as a kid they had us learn how to stand up by bringing empty milk crates onto the ice with us (stacked on top of each other) and use that for balance. What is it about Christmas decorations that makes you angry? I don't understand why christmas music and decorations do that to folks. I love christmas and can't wait to get together with my family (some of whom I see only once a year) and enjoy the scents and tastes of christmas. Its a wonderful time of year. This is big news here (I live in Providence). I feel sorry for him because RI media has a horrible track record of sensationalism and bias. It was great to see the way the media handled Buddy's 'demise'. Of course.... poll the people that live in Providence and they all love Buddy. If he was eligible, he'd be elected again With that being said, I don't appreciate the way he did it, but he did wonderful things for the city of Providence. Jen Arianna Frances
