I made some leg pad coozies for the long side of the legpads on my rig to protect the patchwork. It is essentially another legpad cuff that just slides over the top. You could have anyone with the materials build these... Yup, saw it months ago when it came out, Definately worth a theatre visit. Natalie Portman and Zach Braff are brilliant. I like the journey that Braff's character is attempting. I also like sitting at home with my avatar and coming up with expressions that no one has ever done before (see movie). I would think deployment stability kills more BASE jumpers than packing (180 from a low shoulder). As a rigger, I am far more concerned about jumper performance than the pack job. I mean, if you clear the lines and flake the canopy reasonably. It is gonna work. If you drop a hip or shoulder and inch, it can kill you... That being said, Of course I would like to base jump. Now how the hell did you calculate the hours and minutes? Are you privy to some hightech endodrunk calculator? I haven't the slightest idea what time it was the next day in detox (Yes, I walked into the treatment center drunk on a Monday morning). But, I guess that puts me around 5556 days. My simple premise for the bleak times is, its temporary. So damn simple, its worked for 15 years... Don't take yourself too seriously, nobody else does. Coffee in large quantities makes you say the damnedest things and you poop funny later on.
