That is classic! Last night, I visited my best friend and her husband and their 4 (!!!!) kids. I love the kids, can't believe they've gotten so big. I remember life before the kids so clearly, but it's definitely gotten better since their arrival. However!!! we're preparing dinner and all four of them are either whining or crying about something at the table...at the same time. I start laughing and look at my friend...then I'm like...OH, PLEASE PLEASE, can I have some kids TOO! Then she offered to give me one or two. I ran. I ran very very fast!

It is late and sleep eludes me. Is there anyone else out there tonight? Been sitting here, curled up by the computer, listening to downloaded music, enjoying the soft candlelight, warm and comfortable...but wide awake. Sitting here in the dark, I start thinking about this past year. Then the upcoming year, 2004 already. What have I accomplished, what do I want for myself? Anyone else considering these things? My resolutions for the next year...read, smile, laugh, love, and learn. Conquer my fears, vanquish my insecurities, appreciate each moment for what it is. Stay focused and clear. Be confident, be strong, be wild, be unpredictable, be reliable. And my goals...survive school while staying motivated and dedicated. Reach a personal goal in running. My skydiving related purchases started with a tandem and progressed to the aff progression.
