Well...I was painting with a broad brush. I would say a Senator 3 cycles and maybe 5 or 6 for a Representative although I think the opportunity for corruption is more in the Senate. -

Well...perhaps the CDC told him they could make the test kits prior to them telling him the test kits didn't work. There are any number of possibilities not the least of which is he thought they were available. Your rampant TDS allows no possibility other than it was a blatant lie.

Perhaps he didn't realize the tests the CDC designed didn't work, or that the FDA has a labrynth of rules that require emergency use approvals for the tests that did work.

I agree Wendy however, we're making some fairly sweeping changes based on unknown quantities. Prevention is the word of the day but for how long?

Seems to me the bottom line in this is one we all know to be true...we aren't a top priority in DC. It's been that way for too long.
