Don't get so excited John. I know you're pumped at some perceived "gotcha" moment but it doesn't exist. If WaPo was going to point out that Trump's brother had filed suit against his niece they could have easily said Baghdadi was a leader of ISIS. The mere fact that they retracted the headline proves this.

There were many things WaPo might have said about Bagdadi... Baghdadi would become directly involved in ISIL's atrocities and human rights violations. These include the genocide of Yazidis in Iraq, extensive sexual slavery, organized rape, floggings, and systematic executions. He directed terrorist activities and massacres. He embraced brutality as part of the organization's propaganda efforts, producing videos displaying sexual slavery and executions via hacking, stoning, and burning.[14][15] Baghdadi himself was a rapist who kept several personal sex slaves.[16][17] Instead they chose to call him an austere religious scholar.

Or worse 10 years from now the airwaves are flooded with commercials similar to the RoundUp cattle calls of recent. I can't think of any pharma that wants to risk those types of class action suits.

I saw something the other day that talked about the first Black woman on a Presidential ticket. I must have missed how India and Jamaica combined to make Africa. Those tectonic plates sure do move fast.

Way to pick the low hanging fruit. There is over $400 billion dollars spent annually on federal aid. That's $1300 for every man, woman, and child in the US. There are 38 million people living at or below the poverty level. That's about $10,500 each. We spend all this money yet people are worse off than ever before. You think social programs are working? The VA has had massive problems for years. The amount of waste and fraud in Medicare and Medicaid is worse now than ever. Don't get me started on the SS ponzi scheme. I guess perhaps complete failure was a bit drastic but many of these programs make the recipient a ward of the state, unable to fend for themselves or worse, a supplement to a life of criminal activity.

Dreamland. I can't think of any person who is a pedophile ever coming forward and admitting it. Again, another left position that these persons can be saved from themselves. If your goal is to make them feel better what are they feeling better about? I can spout off dozens of things liberals have had a hand in over the last 50 years...most of it to the detriment of society. This is just another example.
