GOP victory Tuesday won't erase party's problems
airdvr replied to Lucky...'s topic in Speakers Corner
Ahh Lucky...you're only off by 12 months. This isn't the November that counts. You're right. It's not fashionable to be a republican right now. And we know how much fashion is important to you lefty's. It'll swing back the other way...always does. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne -
Everyone's a little different. I've known several women who liked it rough. Included biting, nipple twisting etc... Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

The old saying goes there's no such thing as a bad blowjob but I'll have to disagree. For me, it has alot to do with whether I believe they like to give head or is it something they feel obligated to do. The ones who truly enjoy it obviously do a better job. ...know how to work your equipment? And we're not talking about your rig here I'm pretty certain most men would say they know how. Wondering if they're right. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

Ford was offering workers a $1,000 bonus if they ratified the contract. But the contract also would have frozen entry-level pay, changed some work rules and limited workers' ability to strike. Well, I'm no fan of the UAW but that was just plain dumb on the part of Ford. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne -

That thing is way too big! Speaking from experience the whole cruise thing gets watered down with that many people aboard. Not understanding why bigger is better in this arena. On the opposite end of things, this will be our home for 7 days this December. Very excited. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

I guess the issue for me is our gubment doesn't do a very good job of running things. The list is long and it's been debated here ad nauseum. Do I beleive HC needs help...uh yea. Do I think the department of HHS can do it and save us money...no f'in way. Take a look at where your tax dollars are spent now and HHS is at the top of the list...more than defense! Will it be less once we add the 'public option'? I don't think so. Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne

You must mean like my "choices" on Social Security... 1935 All workers in commerce and industry (except railroads) under age 65. 1939 Age restriction eliminated; seamen, bank employees added; additional domestic workers and food-processing workers removed 1946 Railroad and Social Security earnings combined to determine eligibility for and amount of survivor benefits. 1950 Regularly employed farm and domestic workers. Nonfarm self-employed (except professional groups). Federal civilian employees not under retirement system. Americans employed outside United States by American employer. Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. At the option of the State, State and local government employees not under retirement system. Nonprofit organizations could elect coverage for their employees (other than ministers). 1951 Railroad workers with less than 10 years of service, for all benefits. (After October 1951, coverage is retroactive to 1937.) 1954 Farm self-employed. Professional self-employed except lawyers, dentists, doctors, and other medical groups. Additional regularly employed farm and domestic workers. Homeworkers. State and local government employees (except firemen and policemen) under retirement system if agreed to by referendum. Ministers could elect coverage as self-employed. 1956 Members of the uniformed services. Remainder of professional self-employed except doctors. By referendum, firemen and policemen in designated States. 1965 Interns. Self-employed doctors. Tips. 1967 Ministers (unless exemption is claimed on grounds of conscience or religious principles). Firemen under retirement system in all States. 1972 Members of a religious order subject to a vow of poverty. 1983 All federal civilian employees hired after 1983; members of Congress, the President and Vice-President and federal judges; all employees of nonprofit organizations. Covered state and local government employees prohibited from opting out of Social Security. 1990 Employees of state and local governments not covered under a retirement plan What started out as a safety net has morphed into a huge beast. Only took 70 years. Take a good look at the future of the "public option". Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
