    A little confused. You say the wires were "ripped" from the sensors...when and how did that occur? Also, seems to me that replacing the sensors wouldn't be that big of a deal. In any case you need to document who you talked to. Send a certified letter to the dealership explaining the situation and your intentions if they don't pay to have the problem corrected. Make sure you send it to the owner. Lots of times they don't even know the problem exists. Mostly, be nice at first. You know the old saying...you catch more flies with honey...     OK...we agree. But go a little deeper. Scrapping NCLB would be a good START, but it won't fix the problem. We never noticed the "dumb as dirt" folks before because they could just get some mind-numbing job stamping out widgets all day for the rest of their pitiful lives. Not anymore...those jobs left awhile back. Now we have generations of dumb as dirt who can't do more than flip a burger at McD's, cut somebody's lawn, or re-roof a shed. Too dumb to figure out that nobody's gonna help them if they don't help themselves...oops...that's not even the scenario....just wait for their uncle to give them a cracker.     Interesting. I agree to a point. It's been going on alot longer than the last 2 years. Case in point: Many times when I worked in the car business people couldn't understand why the payoff on their trade-in was being added back in to the total amount of the deal.     Unfortunately our current legal system isn't about good and bad or right v. wrong. I know Sherry & Tim and they are decent people. Who's to say that given the same choice of spending all of our assets fighting a losing battle or just re-opening under a new company we wouldn't all choose the latter.
