Since Mr. Obama took office a year ago, more than 40 detainees have been removed from the naval base in Cuba - sent off to their homelands or to other countries. NPR aired a segment last week where one of the Gitmo task force who had been a member of the Bush administration (State Department) agreed that it took months just to assemble the prisoners' files because the previous administration had done such a poor job of record keeping. I don't recall Barack's statement being "we're gonna get those files in order in 1 year's time." BTW, I have no doubt it would take government twats a year to find some files.
