Well, MY folks think I quit. I tried to explain the 'back up' system I already used. (cutaway) I told them even if I was asleep I have a computer that opens the parachute. (ADD) Didnt work. So I just dont say anything. ~AirAnn~

I agree, glad you are ok. I know the view my friend and its branded on my brain. The spin cycle, very bizzare. Automatic reflex starts to happen, so practice drills. Indeed Pic #2 is a fine thing to see. I had no idea what color my reserve was. I recall thinking, -Huh, its white.- I couldnt make it back and I landed near my main. I thought I was supposed to land with my main. A JM thought I was spiraling down to land way off at first, then landed with me. I was SO right out of the box & brand new. 80-100 jumps. There were several immediate questions.. To the JM that landed by me, I asked- What was that black thing that flew by me? JM says - Uh, your free bag.. ~ Back at the DZ- Did you save your handles? I said- Handles? Was I supposed to?? Screw that, I was busy. ~ What happened Ann? - Well, it was messed up. So I cutaway. ~ Ok, ... What did it look like? - Um, lines were twisted really far up, I couldnt get one toggle down, and the left side was bent over about 1/4 to the inside and I could see over my main to the horizon. Everyone said, Line over. The packer said, Sorry. I said, Whatever, no worries!!! - The reserve had 10 fingers and 10 toes - thats all I cared about. ~AirAnn~

VERY SKILLED is likely what they meant as he was reported to have been an aerobatics instructor. (not likely a skydiver, I am guessing) RW- I dont know this gentleman .... very sad. One thing... I bet he loved to fly and he had been doing it a long time. ~AirAnn~

Ok, this one is fun - I get this one a lot - Exibit #A Goldie Hawn and every once in a while Cameron Diaz if her hair is longer. But in reality- I look exactly like Exibit #B. Especially the body. About your kitties, are they spayed? When one is in heat - its not fun. I did have a boy cat named Monster and he did the loud whinning thing and it was really irritating. A distraction is always a good thing. Sleeping and sitting real high is also good. You can make a triangle shelf easy for the corner of a room including a handicap ramp that goes up there. But that is me building stuff again. The thing with the varmits at your door... that is natural all felines do it. Bobcats... etc. Around my house there are many tailless lizards. The cat behavior is not because they are hungry. It is life in the food chain and a force that is inherently present. They bring it back to you as a sign of love and affection. (I am told) Mother cats in the wild will bring lunch back to the den. I am not too keen on the idea. Oh lookie a near death birdie. - Thanks. The answer to your question is Yes. But work on your part is key. Try to wear them out with toys. Lazer lights on walls, feather toys on door knobs, bells inside balls, tennis balls... anything that works. I had a bell from a string tied under a cofee table. Look around your house and make up something. It should work. Patience here can be fun if you make it that way. The deal on large amazon parrots - More likely this bird would mimic the cats within a week and then you have a huge problem. Especially with an African Grey. They are the best of talking parrots. Avaian Vet bills are seriously high. I would not risk such an expensive bird as he has. Or that I had. Birdie, (Blue Front Amazon), was $800 and with me for 11 years. I am really glad for you. You will be selling all the inventory fast. From your angelic face, nobody will know if you are making it up or not. I know whatever it is you are selling- I would by it. Also, I learned a ton around High School about cars. Small farming town, you learn how to work on alot of stuff. This much I know for sure when you are a blonde driving up in a Corvette to any fix it place - the price just went up some 5x the amount it would have been. All you have to do is listen to the shpill and then deal with it or go home and fix it yourself. There was a few things I didnt want to do - one was change spark plugs. You had to almost pull the motor to do that one. I see now you can look up the issue online. That is way awesome. Transmission work is a bitch. Especially if your ride is in a place and you cant take it anywhere else to get a 2nd opinion. ~AirAnn~

I have a few women skydivers to my name. I am just only one person and I have been doing this for some 3 years. 2 of these women work manifest, (pictured) they rent movie theaters sometimes and show videos. They invite folks over to Chicagoland. I am told the girl the guys are likely referring to is a really good skydiver. That just makes it all the more better for these ladies to represent us. There is a Louisiana group of girls as well who supports women skydiving. Right this second I cant remember their name. Its the best thing for the women to support the women - just get out there and talk to people. We finally see the numbers starting to get better. Female Skydivers - 14.9% SLand also had done the bar deal for a long time with SuperDave giving out free tandems and information on skydiving. We all went as it was our Skydivers Night. Marketing is now a part of our sport. I am really glad about it. Whatever works is great. Our dz's need to be supported by skydivers, might as well have a good amount of women there. Women now fly in spaceshuttles, drive race cars, climb Mt Everest and more and more they show up just about everywhere. No longer are we Beaver Cleaver's mother hangin out in the kitchen. The pictures in my office always brought on conversation. Yet that is not why they were there. They are kept in any key location where I am to remind me - 'If you can jump out of an airplane, you can do anything.' -AirAnn 2000 Also. in the worst of times I can look there and see that if I can do all that- then this a'hole boss - isnt as bad as having to use my cypres, for example. This book I stole from my brothers library and it is a good book. He has so many books he never missed it. It was so long ago! I remember the cover and I really need to read it again. Last summer i saw someone reading it at the dz. I highly recommend it. It will do wonderful things for your perspective as well. ~AirAnn~
